Repairing the auric field

There are some people that are so intuitive to their surroundings that it is a constant struggle to survive in the world.  They can go into a room where a couple had a fight and can just feel terrible negative energies there.  Some sensitive people can examine an object such as jewelry (worn by others for years) and know their life was filled with stress or sadness.  Others can pick up the negative vibrations from the food they eat and note that the chief was angry while preparing that meal.  And still other people will feel that negative entities are “attacking” them or draining away their energy.

Why does this happen?

While part of this ability is a result of meditative practice, the other part is having a weak constitution.  When your internal subtle-body is not strong or toned, you are more vulnerable to negative energies and outside influences.  A good healer can “see” with their high sensory perception, that the client has one large hole in their aura or many tiny ones all over.  In scientific terms, this would mean that your nervous system is damaged.  In spiritual terms, the channels or chakras are broken and in need of repair.

Some ways that will cause you to have major damage (holes) in your aura are:

  • physical and sexual abuse
  • substance and drug abuse
  • vaccines and medical prescriptions

Many new age books have talked about building a protective shield of light around the body.  This might work for some but it is only a temporary benefit.  The constant attention on that takes away from the necessary work of contemplation.  The superior way is to get to the root of the problem and repair the nervous system.

Once the nervous system is healed, fear of negative entities is no longer a problem – they just bounce off you.

There are many healing modalities for repairing the nervous system.  Each one that I have researched has some unique quality that will provide some results.  Here are the ones that I have personally tried and can attest for.  They are as follows: the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, Feldenkrais Movement therapy, juice fasting, Reiki Tummo, Network Chiropractic, Chi-Lel chi kung, and Fragrant Chi Kung

The one that is of primary importance is the Barbara Brennan School of Healing therapy.  The Barbara Brennan trained reiki-healer will assist you in releasing pain and unnecessary connections from your emotional body.  She will also help you move dark, unconscious energies from your astral and etheric bodies.  Having someone there to help heal your core issues and empower you to bring forth your true Self is so vitally important.

With Feldenkrais Movement Therapy the healer will help you release the stress and strain that has been stored in the muscles, due to habitual contractions held in your body since childhood.  Having someone to assist you to move these old traumatic energies from your body is indispensable for stable progress to come about.

In addition, Juice Fasting helps the body to fully relax, cleanse the blood, and rebuild the organs. While fasting, the nervous system is free and doesn’t collect any forms of entropy with the outside world.  This means that other people’s dense energies such as anger or hatred won’t “stick” to you at all.  Unfortunately, once you start eating food again the problem tends to return but in a less uncomfortable manner.

To get around this problem it is beneficial to upgrade your nervous system in a spiritual manner.  For long-term benefits, I highly recommend becoming attuned to level one Reiki Tummo in order to permanently stabilize your energy field.  With this under your belt you will start to become more self-sufficient and able to handle most difficult situations.  You will immediately be less tired and listless throughout the day.

In addition to all of the above, seeing a Network Chiropractor and practicing Chi-Lel Chi Kung is very helpful for maintaining the strength and functionality of the nervous system by aligning the spine.  When the spine is freely able to adapt through any stressful situation then you are ahead of the game.  You have an edge when your endurance is increased if you need to be on your feet all day long at work.  At the very least, you have an antidote to remove the stress and get back into alignment when things go wrong after a long, hard day.

One of the deeper methods I found to realign and repair the nervous system is a method called Fragrant Buddha Chi Kung.

Performing the movements with Fragrant Chi Kung will:

  1. massage the stomach, liver and thyroid with simple arm swings
  2. open the diaphragm and unlock the base of the brain
  3. ground your body – surprisingly as the arms go up and out, the feet stick more firmly to the floor
  4. strengthen the body in a way that one can stand with steadiness
  5. activate the glands within the seven chakras due to each twisting movement

Even an old sports injury in my shoulder (a tiny break in the bone), which has bothered me off and on for about seventeen years, is improving as I notice the pain finally subsiding. I would say that consistent practice has started to build new channels around that area.

With all these beneficial qualities about it, I am going to challenge myself to practice it two or three times a day for the next three months.  I already see the possibilities of it regenerating the entire nervous system, teeth and eyes.

Here is a video I created that gives more information on what is needed.  You can also forward it easily to others that you care about.  Whatever you choose to do remember that healing the nervous system is essential to stabilizing your mind and purifying your emotions.

Conscious Parenting

It’s hard to imagine what highly evolved spiritual beings would want to incarnate into today’s world.  They would have to be very brave indeed to be born in these degenerate times.  Presently, we are fortunate to have the Barefoot Herbalist to rely on for proper health.  He has one main axiom which is: “One cure, cures all.”

He states that stagnation or constipation is the root cause of physical disease.  Once this is thoroughly understood and accepted then one can begin applying the proper antidotes for better health.

The image of the caduceus medical symbol to the right is a clue for health.  It represents the central channel in the middle and the left and right channels to the sides.  This is the structure of the autonomic nervous system seen from a spiritual point of view.

Once the central-nerve is open and the energy or blood circulates freely through that meridian, then one can truly say the nervous-system is healed and strong.  As the Barefoot Herbalist tells us – circulation is key.

On a physical level, some of the proper ways to increase circulation are Herbs, the Liver Flush, the Sitz bath, and Rebounding.  On an energetic level, some of the recommendations to increase circulation are Reiki, Chi-kung, and Pranayama.

Family planning:

If you are planning on having a child it would be wise to compare and view these two births.  The first video is a normal Medical birth that on the surface seems fine.  But, to a highly trained eye is much too invasive for the baby’s delicate body and nervous-system to handle.  The second video is a Natural Water birth which is only a five minute video that will evoke your emotions.

If we have suffered greatly in our own life we would naturally come to the conclusion that we don’t want our own children to suffer.

The video will make you teary-eyed since we never realized that birthing could be so beautiful.  It is sad and disappointing that televised births have really conditioned our minds to fear this as something that is extremely painful.  It doesn’t have to be this way.

Preventative care:

How do we get past our deep fears since doctors tell us one thing and alternative medicine doesn’t have a clear road-map for good and proper health?

Finding the truth about health is nearly impossible since everyone has a vested interest in getting rich.  Of course, not everyone is bad person but most have an incomplete understanding.  It’s a tough world we live in when people don’t live with a proper code of honor and don’t take the time to investigate the root causes of disease.  However, we are fortunate right now that two Master Herbalists on the CureZone website.  They have voiced their views and methods to natural living and get results with preventative care.

The first is MH – the Barefoot Herbalist and the other is Dr. Mom.  They are both Dr. Christopher trained who is considered to be the father of modern herbal medicine.  If you want a female perspective, from a mother of fifteen and grandmother of thirty-seven, then Dr. Mom is a good choice.  If you want a male perspective, who is bold and isn’t afraid to tell you how it is, then MH is the one to look at.  Both are controversial figures to those whose opinions are set in stone.  However, if you are rational person and willing to follow the correct PRINCIPLES to health, you will discover a way of life that will benefit you and your family.

About Immunizations:

Are vaccines causing drastic health problems?

It’s up to you to do the research and make an educated decision.  Most of us healers don’t object to homeopathic methods in healing.  What we object to are the heavy base metals and animal bi-products that can cause damage to the nervous-system and deterioration of the mind found in modern vaccines.

A new study suggests about 1 in 38 children have traits of autism, higher than a previous U.S. estimate of 1 in 100.

In my experience, in the classroom for over fourteen years, and seeing thousands and thousands of different children; I have never met one that was innately joyful and whole.  Only a few years ago do I remember meeting one boy on retreat who was about eight at the time.  It was amazing to see someone so naturally happy at his age.  Later on, I asked the mom if he was vaccinated.  She went on to explain that he wasn’t vaccinated at birth but at age four he was.  I thought that was quite remarkable.  It would seem that once the body is much older, a child’s nervous-system is strong enough to handle any of life’s difficulties with ease.

Compassionate Mothers:

Lastly, in honor and dedication to my own parents I wanted to share what the Buddha had to say about how much love mothers really do have for bearing and raising children:

“For ten months while the mother is with child, she feels discomfort each time she rises, as if she were lifting a heavy burden. Like a chronic invalid, she is unable to keep her food and drink down. When the ten months have passed and the time comes for the birth, she undergoes all kinds of pain and suffering so that the child can be born. She is afraid of her own mortality, like a pig or lamb waiting to be slaughtered. Then the blood flows all over the ground. These are the sufferings she undergo.”

“Once the child is born, she saves what is sweet for him and swallows what is bitter herself. She carries the child and nourishes it, washing away its filth. There is no toil or difficulty that she does not willingly undertake for the sake of her child. She endures both cold and heat and never even mentions what she has gone through. She gives the dry place to her child and sleeps in the damp herself. For three years she nourishes the baby with milk, which is transformed from the blood of her own body.”

The Barbara Brennan School

Barbara Brennan offers a generous amount of information that ties psychological patterns of disease in relation to physical wellness and healing.  She is a true pioneer in her field.

With mental imbalance on the rise, it is certainly possible that a fracturing of the nervous-system (scientific term) or its chakras/channels (spiritual term) can lead to a personality disorder such as Bipolar, ADD, OCD, Autism and even Morgellons syndrome.

It is true that the body can affect the mind.  It is also true that the mind can affect the body in ways we are only beginning to realize.  When you understand this principle you can apply the appropriate antidote as you learn how the body-mind works interdependently.

The Barbara Brennan School of Healing is a formal reiki healing-session that goes way beyond the traditional form of reiki.  The fact that it often lasts for 1.5 hours which is forty-five minutes longer than other forms of reiki is an added bonus.  There are three things that make this therapy stand out from all the others:

  • The First thing that makes this healing modality unique is you have information to healing your core psychological issues.
  • Second, you have a method that you can work at to strengthen your hara-line for aligning you with your life purpose.
  • Third, you are taught a specific meditation to heal and improve the function of the core star, soul seat, and lower tan tien.

These meditations will help GROUND you to come into the body rather than being dissociated or disconnected from life.  Due to any form of traumatic incident, we often “leave” the body out of fear or pain.  Psychologically speaking, this pattern of being dissociated means we are not in the present – here and now.  More often than not, the pain has left its mark in childhood and surfaces more apparently in adult life.

The hara-line:

In regards to the hara-line, which is only briefly talked about in martial arts, we come to know that adjusting it properly will align you with your life purpose.  The hara-line is discussed in depth in Barbara Brenna’s books.  The exercise that follows will help you to perceive if your hara line has any distortions or damage.

I remember reading a book by the Dalai Lama saying if you press the spot, four finger widths below your navel, you should feel heat and bliss.  Hold that for a few minutes and breathe gently, in order to discern what affects this has all over your body.  This is a very important point in your body.  It is often referred to as the lower tan-tien

To use a computer analogy, our nervous system is not “online” until the hara line is up and functioning properly.

This is a quick test to tell if your nervous system is functioning properly.  I would say that if you feel an absence of heat or bliss then you have some work to do. Sometimes you may press that spot and feel pain in other areas of the body.  What that means is our whole body is interconnected with other parts of the body in an intricate web-like fashion.  It is interesting to note that with the ‘push of a button’ you can determine the health of your body-mind system.

Tsa-lung:

Furthermore, if you are fortunate enough to find a qualified lama to empower you to practice Tsa-Lung (yogic exercises for the channels and winds) then healing can move into something much deeper and progress will become swifter.  Within the tsa-lung system there are movement exercises called Yantra Yoga (Sanskrit) or Trulkor (Tibetan) which will help you achieve the quickest and most thorough way to heal your nervous system.

As you dive deeper into Tibetan Buddhism (supervised by a qualified Lama) and complete a Tsa-Lung retreat for a month, it will help you break apart the psychological armor that you have been carrying with you all your life.

In the meantime, it would be wise to investigate the Barbara Brennan School of Healing for those with a serious physical trauma, mental imbalance, or core abuse issue you would like to get a handle on.

Books:

I’ve gone through about eight months worth of this type of healing on a weekly basis.  It was definitely worth visiting a Barbara Brennan Healer once a week to learn about the many facets of our psyche.  If you are serious about having a stable, healthy state of mind then check out the two books she wrote.  The first book is Hands of Light and her other book is Light Emerging.

As one Barbara Brennan Healer put it nicely:

“When people connect to this Core essence aspect of themselves they stop participating in negative patterns and stop putting up with abusive or destructive behavior.  Old situations transform into new ones.  Sicknesses heal.  People heal cancer, auto-immune disorders, thyroid problems, heart problems, digestive disorders and more.”

The first book is a must have.  Both books are well written and explain a path towards health with such in-depth information and illustrations that you can put it to good use for becoming whole.  Since the school has grown internationally, it should be easy for anyone to find a practitioner to work with no matter where you live.

Three important meditations:

For immediate information on how to perform these meditations for more advanced healing purposes click these links:

  1. The Core Star meditation to ground and expand your energy
  2. The Hara Line meditation to ground and align you with your true purpose
  3. The Soul Seat meditation to develop this compassion and inner peace center

The website above is not a substitute for working directly with a healing practitioner or reading her books which will give you much more exact and detailed information.  At the very least, it is something you can start with right away if you are inclined to do so.

Hope that helps!
Neo
