value of a liver flush


The liver is designed to draw out the toxic chemicals from the foods we eat and the drink.  It makes sense to cleanse the liver from time to time so that it can perform its job properly.  There are three solutions to cleansing your liver and gallbladder.  You can either have surgery, perform the liver flush, or take the P/W Elimination Formula.

The gallbladder is a small pear-shaped hollow organ on the right side of the abdomen.  It lies just under the liver and its main job is to store bile.  The dark green or yellowish-brown fluid is produced in the liver cells.

For proper digestion, bile is essential since it helps eliminate our body’s waste products.  The bile aids in the digestion of fats when the food moves into the small intestines.  If there is a large amount of cholesterol in the bile, crystals can form.  Over time these crystal stick together to form stones in the gallbladder.

Over 1/2 million people in America have their gallbladders removed every year.  This is called cholecystectomy.  Is it necessary?  Will your digestion be perfect afterwards?

“That’s what everybody’s hoping for, to be pain free, gas free, bloat-free and to be able to eat whatever they like.  You have a 60% chance of that happening.”

They go on to explain the risks that 4 people will still have symptoms out of every 10 cholecystectomies.  MH, the Master Herbalist, would say to take preventative measures.  I have studied under him and his protocols do get results.

Preventative care:

If you can make it work, plan on doing three liver flushes as part of your health protocol.  That would be great idea as part of a detox program.  For best results, space each liver flush two weeks apart.  Your body needs some time in-between to recuperate.  A reasonable amount of time to have completed three flushes would take you about six weeks.

This is done in two or three week increments.  Dr. Hulda Clark’s liver flush has been workable and seen to get repeated results.  She has been known to sell her brand of dewormer but MH’s dewormer is cheaper and superior on so many levels.  The protocol is to take the Dewormer every day for seven days.  Then on the last day you are ready to perform the liver flush.

One important tip while working with Dr. Clark’s Liver flush recipe is add lots and lots of extra honey to make the awful taste of epsom salts and grapefruit juice more palatable.

The first three times I did my liver flushes they were done wrong.  Dr. Clark told everyone that they should lay on their right side.  This wasn’t comfortable.  Laying on my right side would cause pain.  The stones could not roll out easily due to the pressure and contraction of the body’s weight against the liver.  Later, MH confirmed that everyone should lay on their left side.

The last three liver flushes were done correctly because I followed MH’s protocol and dewormed PRIOR to the liver flush for seven days straight.  I released quite a lot of gallstones following MH’s advice:

  • Deworm for seven days prior to the liver-flush to get stones out.
  • Rest after drinking the liver flush formula on your the left side.

This time I felt absolutely terrific.  The stones came rolling out effortlessly.  Amazingly, it felt as if there was a huge open channel between my liver and stomach.  These two organs were now working in a synchronous union that never occurred before.  With more space to digest, the flow of energy was really wonderful.

An alternative product:

Last month I had some pain in my liver area.  I must have eaten some food that didn’t agree with me.  What I did was decide to take the new product called the P/W Elimination Formula (part A).  For two days I got to see a nice green color within my stool.  Nothing on the third day and subsequent days.  The bonus part was that there was no need to drink any awful tasting Epsom salts.

This formula is an herb that has many different formulas in capsule form.  It boasts nine formulas in one.  What makes this unique is that it has the dewormer mixed within the lower-bowel balance together.

Eating for rejuvenation


For most people, being on a spiritual path brings with it the principles of vegetarian living.  I too wanted to uphold the precepts of not eating meat to obtain all the benefits that spirituality had to offer.  While it is certainly much easier to enter meditative states by abstaining from eating meat, it is not so easy to obtain perfect physical health through this alone.

When you move from a poor diet to a healthy diet, it doesn’t mean that you will automatically experience the effects of complete rejuvenation.  Only when you know the exact laws of hygiene does this become possible.  Therefore, you need to gather the right information and then make the choices that work for you.

“The greatest of all diet reforms is the change from meat-eating to a meatless diet. This is also the first step on the spiritual path, the first gesture that rightness, justice, compassion, purity are being set up as necessary to human and humane living, in contrast to animal living.” — Paul Brunton

Figuring out a game-plan to get back to health involves a commitment that is based on the PRINCIPLES of revering and honoring life.  Even though we never know when we are going to pass away, at least we can enjoy a quality of life that most others would never know.

“So it is, Manjushri. There is not a single being, wandering in the chain of lives in endless and beginningless samsara, that has not been your mother or your sister. An individual, born as a dog, may afterward become your father.  Each and every being is like an actor playing on the stage of life. One’s flesh and the flesh of others is the same flesh. Therefore the Enlightened Ones eat no meat. Moreover, Mahjushri, the dharmadhatu  is the common nature of all beings, therefore Buddhas refrain from eating meat.”  — Angulimala Sutra

The ideal:

For healing, rejuvenation, and regeneration to occur physically being on a completely raw-food diet is essential for optimal health to take place.  It does take time to get to this level of purity.  It also takes a certain willingness to get educated properly in order to have confidence that this process works.  Nonetheless, whenever you create the right conditions in your body, healing will eventually come about.

Abiding with nature is the slow and steady way to become whole.

In order to create the right conditions for healing to occur it would be wise to complete a liver-cleanse and then an extended OJ fast.  Once you accomplish these pre-requisites, then you can choose to continue eating well, modify your diet, or go completely back to your old ways.  It is entirely up to you.

You never want to become obsessed or extreme about this.  You just want to give your body some time so that it has the chance to recuperate, balance and regenerate itself.

It may be that you are ready to take the next step and eat even healthier than before.  It is important to note that you don’t have to worry that you will be eating this way forever.  You could simply set a time limit for how long you want to cleanse and purify this way.

Here are two alternative diet-plans that create the precise conditions to maintain a healthy body:

Food combining:

While you are in the transition from an ovo-lacto vegetarian to a raw food diet it is best to learn the Food Combining Protocols outlined by Dr. Hay.  If you cannot become a complete Raw Foodist right away, that is OK.  No problem.  At the very minimum, you can have one cooked meal per day.  Over time you can become stricter.

The reason to follow these food-combining rules is because you want your body to run more efficiently and not accumulate acids in your body.  This path is one of making better choices with awareness of what is correct or incorrect for your body.

For example, right food combining means you would NOT mix proteins and carbohydrates.  Eating pizza would be a wrong food combination because the cheese is protein and the bread is a carb.  If you eat the wrong combination then acidosis sets in and invariably disease is not far behind.

Mono-diet:

The mono-diet is something you can adopt to refine your system more precisely than food-combining does.  The mono-diet says to eat only one food at a time.  This is a more perfected method to assure you are not making any mistakes and accumulating acids.  It is a simple process.  If you desire grapes then you keep eating all the grapes you want until you are full.

As a general rule, ten minutes later your stomach should be empty of fruit.  Then you could pick another food.  Maybe you wanted almonds next.  You would eat all the almonds your body desires until you weren’t hungry anymore.  It may take your system about 45 minutes or more to digest these nuts.

This is how you will come to know your body in exact detail.  Just be mindful and see how your body handles each particular food.  In all cases, try to get into the habit of chewing all your food into a liquid.  Your stomach is not a grinder.  It needs all the help it gets from the enzymes in your salivary glands.

WARNING: the following information is for informational purposes and no one can encourage you to move in this direction unless you are willing to self-experiment and have guidance/permission from your doctor, lama, healer or guru.

It has been said that grains, fruits, nuts, and vegetables constitute the diet that obeys nature in the correct way.   But, how many really know that breads are poor choices for food?  The way breads are made today may actually cause more harm than good.  For example, the ingredient in white bread utilizes the same paste to put up your wallpaper in your home.  Not good at all.

“I have to agree with the old medical books, bread is the staff of death, but if a person could chew it to a liquid, it would do much less harm.” –MH

Furthermore, it may be surprising to hear what the Master Herbalist has to say about vegetables.  How many people know that most vegetables are not proper human foods?

“Vegetables are not natural, they grow too quickly. BUGS love vegetables, because nature wants them destroyed. Humans need very small minerals that fruits from the tree possess. Minerals in the fast growing vegetables are too BIG and are known to get in the blood stream and can’t get out the kidneys, so they stick to the veins and clog our circulation over time.” –MH

It may sound strange and even shocking to hear that.  The good news is, when we are healthy and our VITALITY and LIFE-FORCE is STRONG we can pretty much eat anything and everything.  But, when we are sick and debilitated and have a so-called incurable disease we need to take every precaution to get back to health.

Three signs:

Some signs to look for while cleansing and eating healthy and taking herbal supplements:

  1. the skin becomes clearer
  2. the hair grows in thicker and darker
  3. the teeth become whiter

This is very important to understand.  While experiencing the qualities of rejuvenation, the nails will begin to feel stronger and take on a clear sheen to them and will not look cloudy.  The hair will become thicker and appear wet, as if filled with life-force, and not dry or falling out.  And lastly, the teeth will become much whiter and not look sickly yellow.

TIPS:

With the above information you have a tool to gauge where you are at.  Even so, one needs to study extensively these PROTOCOLS of abiding with nature.  MH acquired lead-poisoning from the factory he worked at, and only got his health back after following Nature’s laws.

Likewise, Dr. William Howard Hay had renal disease or kidney failure.  In the old days, it was called Bright’s disease and now the term is chronic nephritis.  Both these men achieved rejuvenation by following Nature and went on to document their results for the benefit of all.

Discovering the truth certainly comes from self-applied prevention.  I advise anyone to start reading MH’s 108 Pages booklet and the Dr. Hay book, Health via Food to get started.

The pre-cleanse process


Since it is so difficult to know the details that constitute a good cleanse, I thought it would be essential to put things together to show what the step-by-step process would look like.  Here is some information.  MH, the Master Herbalist, on his Ask Barefoot Herbalist forum agrees that doing three liver-flushes before attempting an extended OJ fast is an excellent idea.

The problem:

With the increase of heart-attacks, auto-immune disease, and neurological problems becoming more prevalent in our times it is important to know their root cause as well as the antidotes. 

On the subject of heart conditions, if you ever had Cardiac Catheterization you would most likely have some cause for alarm to have such an invasive procedure done to you.  A simple symptom such as acid reflux would cause you to take an over-the-counter medication.  Usually this works and you are fine and go about your life.  However, when the medication does NOT work you have something to worry about.  You get admitted to the hospital.  They do blood work and tell you that the tests reveal a possible heart attack has occurred.  You get more worried and they call in for more tests.  They give you a catheter through the arm or leg and scope your heart to see what valves are clogged.  They also inject you with a chemical die so they can see on the x-ray monitor what is going on more clearly. 

At this point there are only two available options.  If nothing is majorly wrong then you are advised attend to your diet and go on medication that is not without side-effects.  However, if something is more serious you must comply with having a stent placed in the artery to keep the blood flowing and your heart from shutting down.  At this point you really have no choice in the matter as it will be the discretion of your doctor on the condition of your body.  Click here for an animated video of how the Angioplasty Procedure works along with the insertion of a stent.

But what if you knew the CAUSE of disease and the REMEDY before hand? 

Prevention is the key for being in absolute control of your life.  MH says, “Cayenne is life saving when used correctly.  Outside on a cut is there best use for it.  If you just had a heart attack, it can stop you from dieing by drawing the blood from the heart, etc. many books are written on all the uses.”

“I believe that most deadly heart attacks, etc. are actual adrenal glands bursting.  The sudden adrenal secretion entering the blood stream is more than the heart can handle and the person is dead as their body falls backwards.  I think this is a chemical problem, mostly caffeine and anything used to speed the body up artificially.” — MH

Furthermore, MH says, “According to Richard Schulze old info, he claims if a man is down, already turned GREY, no pulse and you can get cayenne into his mouth before death, he claims the blood will come off of the heart area and travel to the cayenne and the person may come back to life and because of the cayenne they may avoid brain damage.”

The solution:

Not many people can change their dietary habits and addictions so easily.  It is so hard to have discipline that most would just choose medical and leave their health in the doctor’s hands and hope for the best.  Only those inspired by a good author will have the motivation and will-power to eat all raw foods such as fruits, nuts and seeds.

“Cancers and all diseases most likely ALL START when the stomach fails, I have read many times the kidneys fail first, but ODDS are the kidneys failed first because the STOMACH was adding acids to the body that over whelmed the kidney function.” — MH

There are many choices to achieve the same result.  If you know the right principles you can get back on track faster.  Here are a few alternatives to achieve a healthy body:

  1. Take the 2010 Longevity Spices along with 1 glass of water (per tablespoon) after each meal.
  2. Utilize Herbal Spray I, II, or III to remove the acids via the skin/lymph.
  3. The Orange Juice fast for 3, 7, 14, 21 or 40 days.

Longevity Spices:

The Japanese method to cure cancer was to drink 3-5 glasses of water after each meal along with a clove of smashed garlic.

“The stomach method is explained in a garlic/cancer book on the school website…basically the doctor had you drink 3 full glasses of water after each meal with garlic as a method to expand the dieing stomach and a cure for cancer.”  — MH

MH enhanced upon this concept with his 2010 Longevity Spices that has over 108 different herbs with the theory that your liver/body can absorb whatever it needs through a wide variety of herbs.

Herbal Sprays:

For an immediate concern (such as a heart-attack) the antidote is received through a roll-on or spray.  These are two NEW forms of application that MH invented.  They achieve the effects through the skin and lymph nodes which stimulate the blood.  It also enters, in a unique way, through the olfactory sense when sprayed on the face.

“With the roll on, a person can directly roll on the heart area. With the spray method the same herbs can enter the heart in about 3-5 seconds. In theory, the heart could be saved in 3-5 seconds.” — MH

For long term effects, the sprays add beneficial minerals through your skin.  Similar to the nitro patch a cardiologist might use on your heart to dilate the blood vessels so the blood can flow through your heart easier.  The herbal sprays increase heat and circulation and are great for managing pain, arthritis, asthma etc. without the toxic side effects.

The OJ fast:

If you are inspired to heal, cleanse, and regenerate your body to the fullest extent possible then accomplishing a 14 or 21 day OJ fast would BENEFIT you tremendously.

“NO HUMAN HAS BEEN ABLE TO FIND THE SOLUTION FOR BALANCE OF SALTS, IF THEY DID, THEY WOULD FIND THE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH.  FASTING ALLOWS YOUR BLOOD STREAM TO SEEK THAT BALANCE, THE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH!  IF YOU HAVE ENOUGH VITALITY TO DO IT.” — MH

The orange juice fast, done correctly, is a great method to expel a lifetime of salt.  MH teaches us that consuming potassium rich oranges and herbs is the primary way to balance your salt ratio.  He says that all illness is a result of the wrong balance of these salts.

The pre-cleanse:

  1. Take one Epsom Salts bath to replenish all the minerals you need.
  2. Begin taking the LBB (lower bowel balance) herbs to exercise the colon and move impurities down and out.
  3. Prepare yourself for doing 3 good liver flushes following the Dr. Hulda Clark’s recipe.
  4. Deworm and remove candida/parasites for 30 days straight with MH’s dewormer.

Epsom Salts

MH tells us that in 1919 Espom Salts was deemed the MIRACLE DRUG and was used in many European Hospitals which has been known as an acid magnet and drags the acids DOWN and OUT with it and that may be its truest healing effect.

“Ocean water is the same as our blood and has been used to cure all diseases in rapid time, maybe the best cure ever of the 1,000+ cures. It has the proper magnesium and one bath in Epsom Salts probably gives us a lifetime supply.” — MH

A good routine would be to put your feet in Epsom Salts each night for a week to draw out the toxins and see how that works for you.

“Humans die from having 900x too much calcium rock in their body that makes them shrink and turn HARD…….magnesium (epsoms salts) is a very cheap substance and mild antidote for calcium build up in the body…this is why people feel better after absorbing it.” — MH

At the very least give yourself one long Epsom-Salts bath in warm water to give your body the minerals it needs to rejuvenate.  It would be equal to the benefits gained by jumping directly in the salty ocean water.

The Lower Bowel Balance:

It is said that, “Death begins in the colon.”  Therefore, creating CIRCULATION is one of the key principles to understand and eventually master.  You need to get used to this LBB herbal formula.  It takes patience and some time for your body to adjust to this herb.  Just go slow.  It will immediately produce heat inside of you that you may not notice at first.

Your body will not do so well if you are still eating meat while on this product.  Since meat is  is already a warming food, just be careful taking this supplement with it.  At the bare minimum, you would take one or two capsules per meal while still eating meat with no serious side-effect.  The heat imbalance feels like a hot-flash that may only be noticed after seven to ten days.  As with everything, it dissipates quickly when discontinued.  I find it is best to take NO more than three capsules per day (one per meal) while still eating meat.

On the other hand, if you are a vegetarian you will take delight in the heating effect that is generated.  This is how it is originally intended to be used.  As most vegetarians get cold extremities, especially in the winter months, this supplement is important to have.  It is highly recommended to take it with a meal and not on an empty stomach until you become more advanced and detoxified.  With this herbal formula, you learn to adjust and increase your dosage so that you will have a bowel movement BEFORE your next meal.

“The standard rule is to take enough to have 1 bowel movement per meal eaten and normally have a bowel movement 15-20 minutes after each meal.” — MH

When your circulation is improving, constipation becomes a thing of the past.  However, when your hair gets dry that just means that toxins are going up and out the head.  To reverse this, take more LBB pills to get the toxins moving in the proper direction.

The Liver Flush:

MH offers a Liver Flush Kit that was designed for those wishing to do a Dr. Hulda Clark Epsom’s Salts Liver Flush as easy as possible.  If you can make it work, plan on doing three liver-flushes as part of your health protocol.  That would be great idea as part of a detox program.  For best results, space each liver flush two weeks apart.  Your body needs some time in-between to recuperate.  A reasonable amount of time to have completed three flushes would take you about six weeks.

For five to seven days prior to the liver-flush you NEED to deworm.  This is SO important and is often overlooked.  If you do not deworm prior to your liver-flush you won’t get any gallstones out.  That is a simple rule of thumb everyone should know.

Dr. Clark explained that you should lay on your right side as you rest after drinking the formula.  This is not the best suggestion as this could cause some harm from the pressure and contraction of the body’s weight against the liver.  It is important to know:

  • Deworm for six days prior to the liver-flush or you WON’T release any stones.
  • Rest on your left side after drinking the liver-flush formula and NOT the right side.

When I did the liver-flush correctly I felt terrific.  It felt as if there was a huge open channel between my liver and stomach.  These two organs were now working in harmony in a way that never occurred before!  With more space to digest, the flow of energy was really wonderful.

Deworm:

MH’s dewormer is, by far, the best and cheapest on the market for the size and quantity that he offers.  It is suggested that you deworm for a minimum of 30 days to thoroughly remove the most stubborn parasites and worms.  While you are deworming, be sure to take the LBB, to assist flushing these foreign invaders down and out.  If you follow this advice you won’t ever experience the Herxheimer Reaction.

The Herxheimer Reaction is the result of the die-off of the candida or parasites in your body too quickly.  This leads to binging on the foods that contributed to the over-growth of the yeast or parasites in the first place.  They will fight to survive if you are not mindful and careful to do this process correctly.

After experiencing a strong feeling of irritability and subsequent hunger pangs, you end up eating the wrong foods such as breads, chocolates and other sweats.  By taking the LBB herbal supplement while you are deworming, there will be almost zero chance for this to happen.

TIP: Leading a virtuous life is one sure way to help increase your Life-Force which is the main condition needed for having a longer life. This is what a good Samaritan or pure Bodhisattva (hero) practices:

  • Generating positive karmic-actions by rescuing animals (who are about to die) and setting them free is an immediate way to increase your life-force.
  • Offering necessities such as food and clothing to the poor benefits you indirectly.
  • Offering real or imagined lights, canopies, food, clothing, precious metals, or jewelry to a Pure Field of Refuge such as Medicine Master Vaidurya Light Tathagata will generate unbelievable merits for this life and the future.

“Lord of Heaven, if someone at death’s door recalls this divine Dharani, even for just a moment, his lifespan will be extended and he will acquire purification of body, speech and mind. Without suffering any physical pain and in accordance with his meritorious deeds, he will enjoy tranquility everywhere.” — The Usnisa Vijaya Dharani Sutra

growing like a tree


Zhan zhuang  (Chinese: lit. “standing like a post”, sometimes called “standing like a tree”, “post standing” or “standing stake”) is a method of spiritual training in Chinese martial arts.   Static postures are used for a certain length of time  in order to develop efficiency of movement and perfection of structural alignment.  Additionally,  this can be used for recovery by anyone who has been working on core issues of abuse or physical trauma and even paralysis.

“Zhan Zhuang Chi Kung is primarily a set of stationary exercises practiced in well-balanced postures which increase the flow of energy in the body and build up internal strength.  Externally, you appear to be motionless but in reality you are growing from within.” — Master Lam Kam Chuen

When there is a serious core issue at hand, it is understandable that there may be an aversion to any form of physical exercise.  Fortunately, with this posture you will be surprised that just 2 – 3 minutes a day can increase a lot of HEAT in the body.  Most people believe that cardiovascular exercise necessitates a lot of vigorous movement, however, zhan zhuang does confer a significant amount of physical conditioning.

“On first glance you may assume that standing in one pose for a few minutes is extremely easy, but don’t let that fool you.  Zhan Zhaung is one of the most demanding forms of exercise ever developed.  In my opinion standing in the second position “Holding the balloon” for 15 minutes will give you more of a workout than power walking for 3 miles.  It will definitely build your endurance!” — Two Bears

You can move into the posture anywhere and anytime you feel cold or have the urge to go to sleep during the day.  You could be cooking or at the line in the bank or grocery store.  Just a few moments is like having a cup of coffee – it is a natural way to refresh yourself.

“If one is tired and listless then practice Daoyin exercises and close up the breathing to attack the illness.” – Tao Hongjing

Some schools use the practice as a way of removing blockages in Qi flow.  This blockage removal happens, when correctly practiced, causes a normalizing effect on the body.  It is thought that a normalized body will be less prone to muscular skeletal medical conditions.  Furthermore, it is also thought that when practiced for developing a relaxed posture will lead to a calming effect on the mind as well.

Those unfamiliar with zhan zhuang can experience severe muscle fatigue and subsequent trembling at first.

This shaking is normal and once sufficient stamina and strength have been developed, the practitioner can develop “zhong ding” or central equilibrium.  Once you develop this sensitivity to specific areas of tension in the body you can more readily sink and relax with simple mindfulness.

Main Principle:

Many internal styles of chi kung use this method to develop whole body coordination and relaxation. The standing posture is thought to strengthen the body’s Central Nervous System and develop the coordination required for effective martial arts performance.

How it works:

Any habitual tension is automatically reduced by your own body weight assuming a lower center of gravity.  The muscle tissue shortening (or lengthening) is normalized by this practice and the body regains its natural ability to function optimally.

Due to various conditions in life such as poor posture (hunched at your desk), poor sleeping habits (lying on stomach), and poor eating habits (gaining weight) can cause an elongation or shortening of the skin and muscles which throws everything off.  Also any painful incident of shock (someone dying), trauma (car accident), or abuse (rape) can upset the mind and leave its imprint in the body.

You just stand still, bend your knees and tuck your tailbone under.

After getting into position, just relax and be a witness to the changes that go through your body and breathing as it tries to regain balance.  As you breathe, watch how your body adjusts itself in order to stay balanced.  That’s all there is to it.  Over time you will build up an effortless strength and a healthy tone to your muscles.  When you experience the joy of having a body you are realizing for the first time what it means to be grounded.

Attitude:

Allow the body to self-regulate and don’t force it.  When you are tired of playing, then stop and move on to something else.  However, if you go at it seeking unreasonable results and trying to stand beyond your current limit will cause more problems than it’s worth.

Some positive effects:

  1. This exercise is strongest for a body that is intolerant of cold
  2. This practice automatically regulates poor sleeping patterns

Unfortunately, when your nervous system is damaged then you are more susceptible to the harsh cold temperatures.  Now there is no more need to rush to get under the covers to combat fatigue or coldness.  Whenever you notice you are tired during the daytime then just stand up and do this exercise for a short while.

Some people get into the bad habit of staying up way after midnight.  The body will return to normalcy with this exercise and you will discover there is no real need of staying up late anymore.  The slight shaking itself can tire you out and put you to bed immediately; giving you a complete rest that night.

TIP:  You could practice this 2-3 minutes a day and then use the Chinese Health balls for 5 minutes to remove the residual pain in the neck and tailbone.  Together they work in perfect combination until you get the proper feeling of what it is like to sit, stand, and walk effortlessly.

UPDATE:  There seems to be the habit of the body “freezing up” with this form.  Be mindful of this happening to you.  I believe this is simply fear-energy coming up.  Whenever the spine and muscles freeze up and the pain sets in, it would be a healthy choice to combine this with a movement exercise.  This video of the Eight Pieces of Brocade (Ba Duan Jin) seems to go along well with this form.  The movements will help to keep the body limber and release the cold energy and other blockages.

The candida complex


There are so many misunderstandings when combating candida.  Hundreds of products are available that work to some extent but no one ever really tells you what gives you lasting results.  Here is some information I put together to set the record straight and make it easier for you to get back to health.  From the Ask Barefoot Forum archived posts:

Question:

MH, what do you suggest for candida? just wondering b/c many people suggest to avoid all sugars (fruit included), thanks.

Answer:

The cleanses and total dental correction are the first choices.  Candida problems is nothing more than too much waste food for bacteria to live upon.  Diet controls it and the friendly bacteria keeps everything in check, so all the metals need off and out of the body.  Every product you apply to your body that is not natural most likely is a toxin and adds to the problems that ends in Candida excess.

There no such thing as a product you swallow and cure Candida, it is all about diet and pH.  Candida is there to dissolve your cells when you die, your messing with Nature when you think you can remove Candida from a human body.  Another word used is suicide cells, every cell has within it a suicide type method that removes the cell from the earth when you die and these things are only managed by friendly bacteria that we get from eating fresh picked foods.

“Candida is a name for all diseases, WHY?????????????????  Because Candida lives on accumulated acid food waste, the root cause of every disease known.  Candida is not an evil thing you catch, it is something friendly that wrong diet turns into a monster.” — MH

Some ways to help:

  1. The first requirement is a metal free dental and metal off of the body.
  2. Manage the large parasites by doing a 30 day parasite cleanse using the Dewormer product sold by MH.  This will do a suitable job detoxing them from your liver, intestines or muscles.
  3. The Russian Photon Capsule (a tiny zapper you swallow) is one way to remove parasites lodged in the brain and pancreas.
  4. The Pancreas Formula is the other way to naturally remove the toughest of parasites.

MH also says, “I personally believe the BOSS WORMS live in the Pancreas, herbs don’t seem to get into them, because they live in the pancreas stones where BLOOD does not circulate around them and thus the body can’t get to them easily.  The Russian Zapper and the Pancreas Formula to dissolve those stones are the only 2 methods I know of to correct this problem.”

My experience:

In spring of 2005 I finished my own 21 day OJ fast.  Before the fast, I started out at weighing 198 lbs and lethargic and withdrawing from life.  Before I came to the Ask Barefoot Forum, I didn’t understand the correct guiding principles to health.

At first, I had the mindset of combating candida directly with powerful herbs.  It was a good fight for the first seven days or so but after that it was a losing battle.  I was happy that I had lost ten pounds trying to destroy candida and I had assumed I was doing the right thing.  However, I could NEVER really lose any more weight than that, in all my attempts.

Now I was at 188 pounds but wanted to perfect my health even further.  After a certain point, because this detoxification process would occur too quickly, there was a Herxheimer reaction.

This means the rapid die-off of the candida would lead to binging on the foods that contributed to the over-growth of the fungus or yeast in the first place.  After experiencing much irritability and then feeling hunger pangs, I would eat the wrong foods such as breads and chocolate and gain weight.  This would repeat itself over and over.  I would drop ten pounds then gain four pounds back.  It was as if there was this BIG wall that I couldn’t pass through. The wall for me was 188 pounds.

The problem:

The consumer market has taken advantage of the population not knowing any better.  You take a product to fight candida…you see yourself losing weight or your skin clearing up… and you feel better temporarily.  You are happy at first but about seven to ten days later the body reacts wildly because the bacteria and parasites don’t want to die.  This is their defense mechanism.  You stop the product and try something else.  After a few weeks you try the product again with some results.

The next time you get sick you take the herb again in an attempt to kill your candida.  It works for a few days and then the die-off rate is too fast. Your body and mind react harshly and you reach for that candy-bar.  This “swing pattern” that tends to happen when you go to the extreme.

When this happens you tend to feel extremely irritable as you impulsively reach for all the wrong foods in order to feel better.  What can you do to stop this habitual process?  You have to be skillful.  First, you have to learn the reason why this happen then apply the right antidote to correct this pattern.

The solution:

After learning how to do the liver flush the right way and deworming for 30 days in a row I was feeling healthier and down to 183 pounds.  I did about six liver flushes.  The first three times were done wrong.  Dr. Clark told everyone that they should lay on their right side.  This was also wrong.  Laying on my right side would cause pain.  The stones could not roll out easily due to the pressure and contraction of the body’s weight against the liver.

The last three liver flushes were done correctly because I followed MH’s protocol and dewormed prior to the liver flush for seven days straight.  I released quite a lot of gallstones following MH’s advice:

  • Without deworming for seven days prior to the liver-flush you will NOT get any stones out.
  • The proper way to rest after drinking the liver-flush formula is lying on the left side.

This time I felt absolutely terrific.  The stones came rolling out effortlessly.  Now, it felt as if there was a huge open channel between my liver and stomach. These two organs were now working in a synchronous union that never occurred before.  With more space to digest, the flow of energy was really wonderful.

The combination of performing the liver flush correctly, deworming for 30 days, and the LBB (Lower Bowel Balance) would PUSH the toxins down and out.  I was becoming more confident as I got beneficial results.

His method could be trusted.  So I attempted the 21 day fast.  Each day I lost weight as the mud and toxins went DOWN and OUT the body.  I lost one pound per day for a total of 21 pounds.  I was down to 162 pounds at the end of that fast.  For nine months I kept up the proper food-combining protocols and the LBB capsules to heal and assist the digestive process.

Summary:

Of course, after the fast I gained about five pounds.  I continued drinking freshly squeezed oranges and started to experiment with right food combining.  MH also told us that it takes nine months to fully repair the overworked intestines.  The ingredients within the LBB will cause the intestinal walls to literally contract and get stronger over time.  And he was right, it does its job.  My weight would fluctuate between 168 and 174 depending on if I ate the right foods or not.  I experimented and tried different things.  I noticed when I ate just pizza alone I would wake up the next morning 2-3 pounds heavier.  BUT, when I ate pizza and combined it with a salad I would wake up the next morning without gaining any weight at all.

Then it hit me and I decided to eat a few whole oranges a day.  The benefit of eating the whole orange as opposed to juicing this fruit alone allowed me to get down to a nice 164!   MH teaches us that the whole orange has healthy fiber (the white part) which assists the intestines to contract on its own.  The lowest I had been was 152 pounds and remained there for some time.

At five foot ten, I noticed that for my height, around 164 pounds was ideal for the proper functioning of my spine and digestive process.  Once I went over, there was pain in my spine because the stomach would push the center of gravity too far forward.

How to fast


It is truly sad that there are so many misconceptions to regaining proper health in our society today.  Someone like Dr. Bass has contributed greatly towards these misconceptions by turning many people against natural fruits, distilled water, and the OJ fast.  He claims these natural sources cause acidosis in the body as a result of losing a tooth during his fast.  However, when done correctly, the orange juice fast is truly a beneficial remedy to countless diseases.

Not many people will complete a fast properly because they simply don’t understand its PRINCIPLES and then come to the wrong conclusions when problems arise.  In 1929, Dr. William Howard Hay wrote the book Health via Food.  With correct reasoning he explains what happens to the body during a fast.

“Fasting does not create acidosis, but it does make it evident, and if one will in the beginning of a fast test all secretions and excretions available with the blue litmus paper this will be evident, for they will perhaps show a mild acidity in the beginning that turns violently acid in reaction in a week or two of fasting, and continues to show this heightened evidence of acid till the very end of the fast. This does not mean an increased acid state of the body, but that the body is now getting rid of acids faster than when feeding.” — Dr. Hay

Four Main Principles:

First main principle:  The toxins must go down and out!

When the toxins in the body aren’t flowing DOWN and OUT the body, then toxemia can set in and cause trouble.  A self-poisoning of the blood results because there is no timely flow of waste out the body.  To understand this health protocol is of utmost importance.

How do you get these toxins stored in the body going DOWN and OUT?

You can choose either the daily enema or the herbal formula known as the Lower Bowel Balance (LBB) to achieve the same result.  While the enema takes more time and preparation, the LBB Formula will assist the body to swiftly move the toxins DOWN and OUT the toilet or feet.  Through the effect of the Cascara Sagrada and other herbs, the waste is pushed down and out the body to achieve success.  When you master this part you can literally adjust your body’s detox rate at will.

When you have this under your control then the damaging effects that Dr. Bass and others had of losing their enamel or teeth will NEVER happen.  When the toxins go upwards then the hair, skin and teeth suffer.  When the toxins are trapped in the body then a host of problems arise because there is no flow.  A cavity is the result of toxins trying to push their way out of your overwhelmed body.  The body makes a hole in the tooth to protect itself and release the pressure.  Learn to reverse the direction – down and out the feet to avoid needless suffering.  As MH, the Master Herbalist, says:

“Always 8 LBB per day is enough insurance nothing can go wrong with the colon. More or less is optional, but 8 has always worked well.” — MH

When you get things flowing down and out, then the teeth will become whiter, the hair shinier, and the skin clearer.  I have noticed these results for myself and anyone can determine the truth of this principle just by these signs.

Second main principle:  A daily bowel movement is needed during the fast!

You need to decide on the daily enema or the Lower Bowel Balance (LBB) formula during any fast.  If you opt for the enema it is free…but make sure the temperature is slightly cool at 85 degrees.  The water should be cool to the touch and not cold.  Be careful not to use warm water as that will cause your intestines to atrophy and get out of shape over time.  The alternative to the enema is the LBB Formula which will assist your body to swiftly move the toxins DOWN and OUT the toilet.

The Dr. Hay Rule while fasting is having one bowel movement per day which is absolutely necessary or else toxemia will set in.

Third main principle:  Distilled water removes inorganic minerals from the body!

The common misunderstanding is that distilled water leaches beneficial minerals from your body.  There is nothing further from the truth than this.  In reality, it leaches only the inorganic minerals, which is what you want for your body to return to a balanced state of health.  It is discouraging to hear others being lead away from real health when they give the wrong information.

The cause of much confusion here is the result of using the paper PH strips to determine the acid/alkaline state of the water.  This way to determine the purity of water is always going to be inaccurate.  The correct way to determine the PH of distilled water is by using a liquid PH test kit.  If you use the paper litmus strips you will get the wrong reading every time.

Fourth main principle:  Orange juice adds minerals to your body!

All fresh fruit and nuts will add the proper minerals you need for the body.  Freshly squeezed orange juice is one of the best choices to add beneficial minerals back into your system.  It also helps regulate the potassium/sodium ratio in the body in order to raise the beneficial potassium levels due to the over-consumption of unnecessary salt in our diet.

Another popular misconception is believing that since this fruit is acidic then it must turn your whole body acidic.  In reality, the orange is acidic in its natural state but turns alkaline after being metabolized.

Furthermore, it is rarely understood how pasteurized orange juice is considered harmful.  When juice has been heated up during the manufacturing process it is NOT recommended for the diabetic because it will cause a serious shock to their system.  This shock occurs because this form of juice enters the blood stream too quickly.  Fortunately, freshly squeezed orange juice won’t cause this problem.  It just takes time to get used to this idea and unlearn the wrong information you’ve acquired over the years.

The theory:

This method of OJ fasting is based on the theory that minimal digestion will allow your body to heal, balance, and regenerate itself.  It is a time-tested practice used by the ancient monks of biblical times.  In modern times, it stems from the success Dr. William Howard Hay got in curing 60,000 patients over his career in the health field.  His success rate is inspiring and he achieved remarkable results provided that each step was followed correctly.

“Humans die from having 900x too much calcium rock in their body that makes them shrink and turn HARD.  IF we die when we reach 900x too much calcium, then fasting properly extends your life, that SIMPLE.” — MH

It also made MH coined the phrase “One cure, cures all” because all diseases can be alleviated through the umbrella of this one method.  Of course, the OJ fast is NOT for everybody.  It should be avoided by those that won’t take the time to read, research, and follow the correct protocols.  However, for those that will do it properly it is a relatively safe method.

The results:

The OJ fast tends to be much safer in the long run for the majority of people who had trouble with water-fasts in the past.  Any results from the OJ fast will be achieved half as quickly as the full water-fast.  MH says that zero food other than strained juice for a full twenty-one days, breaks habits and addictions.  He goes on to tell us that there is a timeline which you can expect to see specific results with the OJ fast as follows:

  • NEW BLOOD @ 14 day
  • NEW HEART @ 21 days
  • NEW SKIN @ 35 days
  • NEW LIVER by the time you’re done your 40 days.

The method:

You will need to plan ahead and purchase exactly eight oranges a day for each day of your fast.  So if you plan on doing a 14 day fast, then it is 14×8 which is 112 oranges total.  Squeezing one medium sized orange will give you about 2 ounces of juice.  Mix the other half of your glass with distilled-water to equal 4 ounces total.  Do the same for the rest of the oranges.  For the day you would consume 32 ounces of this mixture which is half orange-juice and half distilled-water.  You can adjust the quantity of water more or less to your needs.

I recommend that you squeeze all eight oranges in the morning and then immediately fill the rest of the container with distilled-water until it measures 32 ounces.  If you store it properly it won’t go bad and it will free up your time if you must continue a working job.  Then you decide on a suitable feeding schedule.  You could keep it simple and drink four times throughout the day and consume 8 ounce portions easily.  Of course, you can drink all the extra distilled-water you need if you find yourself feeling thirsty.

MH says, “My guess is 95% of the people that try fasting will fail.  Because they ignore the daily Bowel Movement and then those who think they can water fast, etc.  Fasting is very easy once it is understood, until then, it is near impossible to do it succesfully. “IF” you don’t understand it, it is called starvation. The uneducated mind will think it is starving, while the educated mind will know it is actually living for the first time.”

Adding 20 almonds per day is the method for removing tumors from the body.  The almonds will also assist you so that your muscles don’t atrophy and you can continue to work a daily job during the fast.  It has allowed others to exercise or lift weights during the fast as well.  One eats ten almonds at 10 A.M. and the other ten almonds at 12 P.M.  You chew them slowly and carefully into a liquid before swallowing it down.

Three antidotes:

While on the fast these little tips will be a big help.

  1. I find if your muscles become fatigued a tablespoon of honey will give you the strength you need.
  2. If you are craving pizza then take a tablespoon of olive oil and that will do the trick.
  3. If you begin craving chocolate then some spirulina or wheat grass will give you the b-vitamins to satisfy you until you come back into balance.

Remember, you can drink all the distilled water that your body may need during this type of fast.  You can even add other liquids such as honey, maple syrup, and molasses to gain the necessary minerals your body needs to sustain and repair your body throughout the fast.

Ending a fast:

Ending a fast is so critical so you don’t revert back to negative tendencies or hurt your delicate digestive tract.  MH says that there are 2 theories about breaking the fast:

“The one I believe most fitting is to eat 2 pounds of dates and this will expand and scrape out the sludge.  Others say go slow and eat just a little each day until up to normal over eating.”

I used to break a fast with warm soup or broth as was normally suggested.  But eating dates has been found to be a superior process because it turns the waste into a smooth bolus and activates your dormant intestines in a gentle way.  It will thoroughly sweep and clear out the intestines perfectly without any harm to your body.  Just chew on the date slowly until it becomes a liquid.  Do not feed one bite more than is required.  Repeat this process every two hours.  The time aloud is required so the stomach has time to absorb the dates.

Refining the nervous system


MH, the master herbalist, told us many years ago that his youngest son would frequently walk on his tiptoes.  Shortly after, Trevor would get the nick-name tippy toes.  I never understood exactly why this would happen until recently.  His father says, “Trevor desires to be Bare-feet and walk on his tippy toes! Even today, he still must jump often through out the day in steady pace or seek the trampoline.”

The bible gives us a hint and inspires us to achieve that child-like quality that we have lost as we enter adulthood.  We know from the bible it says:

“I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” — Luke 18:17

A very true statement indeed.  We can learn so much by becoming innocent, carefree, and experiencing joy – playing freely in the moment.  After working with various movement therapies over the years, the rational part of it is slowly coming together.  I had the wonderful opportunity to work with a Feldenkrais Therapist for about four months.  I visited her once a week and she worked with me in her home; guiding my body with her hands to move in new, unfamiliar ways.  It wasn’t always easy (as painful or angry emotions do surface) but the results paid off over the years.

After many months of working with her, she helped me achieve something I never had before.  I had “unlocked” my frozen hips to a certain degree that it felt like I was in a cradle rocking freely in a swing.  That lightness of movement was amazing.

Years later, I continued to work towards wholeness.  I found a Chi-Kung master who taught me a practice called Chi-Lel Chi-Kung (LCUPCD) which allowed me to be self-sufficient in regards to adjusting my spine.  I no longer needed to visit the chiropractor again.

Recently, I took up the practice of the Chinese Health balls that would take my body to a whole new level.  There were a few experiences that happened that will prove useful for therapists, lightworkers and those seeking better health.  Know that this is a culmination of many different movement exercises and one therapy alone cannot be the sole cause of this success.  Nonetheless, I believe that in order to have a more perfected nervous system you need to be aware of three things.

The first thing I noticed was having a spring in my step.  As I continued rotating the health balls in my hand I could discern the tailbone would begin to resonate with vibrant energy for up to twenty minutes after the practice was finished.  This was very hard to notice at first but it was happening.  There were tiny contractions moving the tailbone back and forth.  After that, the energy would slowly move down the root chakra between the legs.

When your tailbone begins to move as a dolphin’s flukes in the water your nervous system is almost perfected.

Second, I began walking on my toes just like Trever did; except not as pronounced as his heels were.  In a way, I felt like I was walking like a ninja — walking toe to heel.  To me, this indicated that my tailbone and all the nerves along the spine were at its peak strength.

If you can reach to this stage, it is as if your vitality is at the level of an eighteen year old with the joy of a seven-year old.

Thirdly, as I kept practicing with these exercises the breath unfolded in a more spontaneous way.  It was amazing to experience the breath just spring back into action after each exhalation.  When the nervous system is weak, breathing incorrectly happens as a matter of course.  When this is the case, it is like the breath would “hang-up” and there is no automatic return-breath.  When your breath “hangs” like this, it’s as if you exhale and the breath doesn’t want to return on its own — except in a labored way.

Furthermore, if someone were to criticize or speak harshly to you, you wouldn’t have the energy or courage to bear it.  Your chest would be caved-in and you could not display a sense of self-respect or speak strongly in return.  Upon refining the nervous system to this level, there was a complete sense of freedom and feeling of joy.  After exhaling, the breath was effortless and would return on its own without any heaviness.

WITH SPONTANEOUS BREATHING, YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM IS PERFECTED AND COMPLETELY NATURAL.  THE BODY AND VITAL ENERGY (SPEECH) ARE IN SYNC AND THEY MIRROR EACH OTHER.

Now you can go on enjoying life and walk in infinite possible ways.  Even getting up from a seated position is joyful.  Falling down is also easy and without fear.  You begin to play in your movements as a child would.  A joyful feeling becomes your nature and a simple smile runs across your face.

Chinese Health Balls


These Chinese health balls, officially called Baoding balls are also referred to as Chinese Exercise Balls, Chinese Therapy Balls, or Chinese Stress Balls.  In other parts of the world they are called Shou-xing or Balls of Eternal Health.  These health balls are believed to have originated in Baoding, China – a small town in the Heibei province during the reign of the Ming Dynasty.

Baoding balls are usually used for exercise and meditation, but are also good when employed for medical reasons.  The movement will stimulate acupressure points in the hands.

To use them for exercise, place two Baoding balls within your palm and rotate them clockwise or counterclockwise.  Whatever feels comfortable.  Gravity will help you keep on controlling the balls.  There are many exercises possible.  The more advanced users try not to let the balls touch one another during manipulation.

The Emperor Kwan Long of the Ching Dynasty, who reigned from 1736-1796, was advised by his physician to exercise with the balls every day.  He lived to the ripe old age of eighty-nine. His physician only lived to the age of eighty-four.

Three levels of healing:

Every so often my neck will give me a little trouble as the spine is out of alignment and the nerves get pinched.  As I spun the Health Balls in my hand, it would be only three or four minutes after which I placed them down before I got tired.  Then on the third day I really sat down to discover how deep these things could be used as a healing device.  I sat for twenty minutes rotating the balls in my right hand clockwise.  I noticed three stages of deeper healing within my nervous system.

  1. The neck is always adjusted first and then the governor channel opens lower down your back
  2. The functional channel begins to open and then the navel itself activates
  3. Lastly, the crown begins to rotate in a small circle and then the eyes begin to vibrate

As I walked away, there was a different feeling in my ankles.  This indicated that the channels did open up all the way down through the legs.  Interestingly, at the fifteen to twenty-minute mark the energy seemed to shift from the navel inwards toward the center of the body.  Just slightly, I have smelled a good fragrance.  I’m excited to continue practicing to discover more about these additional effects.

Decide which balls to purchase:

In the beginning, walnuts were used for hand training.  You could even do the movements without anything in your palm and notice an effect.  The balls that have bells in them are fine but could get irritating if you appreciate silence.  I prefer the ones made out of gemstone or the solid boading balls.

I chose the white stone.  A slightly smaller size is easier to manipulate.  They have a cooling effect which is nice since you will build up some warmth which the balls will absorb.

The heat and circulation that develops with this practice follow the right principles of obtaining good and proper health.  So I thought it would be good to share this therapy with others who might be suffering.

Get into a routine:

Set up a routine for yourself.  Decide to practice daily for 5, 10 or 20 minutes at a time.  Then work at it for a few months and see how your body changes.  I wouldn’t exceed more than two sessions a day.  Drink a glass of water after the session to cleanse your body.

If you have core issues that you are working on due to a specific traumatic incident then go lightly with this practice.  The nervous system is very delicate and it needs proper time to adjust to the new movements.  It would be an excellent idea to work seven days in a row and then take three to five days off.  Since the exercise is quite powerful it could make you too introverted and moody.

If there is too much pain and uncomfortable feelings surface – STOP practice. And don’t mix this practice with other things for a limited time.  The reason is you won’t be able to discern which practice is giving you health benefits or problems.

Therefore pay attention to your body’s need to heal and adjust with a thorough rest period.  I found that after seven days of continuous practice, you need at least two to three days rest so that you can calm down and return to a natural state of mind.  Keep resting till your attention is off the body and you smile and extrovert.  Then pick up the practice again for seven days and rest for three more days.  Repeat this routine as needed or desired.

Beyond twenty minutes:

The second session of the day I intended to go past the twenty minute mark.  After many months of use I never pushed myself this far.  As I rotated these balls in my palm, I kept feeling interesting changes occur within my body.  I decided to do up to thirty minutes total just to see what other benefits would come through this practice.

At the twenty-three minute mark a cool yin energy would be felt emanating out of my navel and last for the remaining seven minutes of the practice!

I rotated these boading balls clockwise (without them touching each other) and got this wonderful cooling effect.  I suspect if they are rotated counter-clockwise I would feel a warming effect.  After this session I felt light and had a certain “spring” to my step.  To top it off, I even had a nice rosy complexion.

Remember: this little exercise is a serious chi-kung practice and will work muscles and nerves you never used before so be mindful to give yourself enough rest in between sessions.  Don’t overdo it!

NOTE: sit low on the floor with a rug or on the couch in case you drop them.  They will break or scratch if you are not mindful of this.

Healing burns


I remember when I was an adolescent reading a fictional book about a Formula One race car driver who got into an accident and experienced severe third-degree burns all over his face.  A Native American Indian offered him a salve that completely healed his face so he didn’t have permanent scarring.  After some time went by, the driver became so overjoyed that it worked without leaving a mark.  Unfortunately, no matter how hard he tried, he was never able to track down the Medicine Man.  At that moment, I wished we had that healing ointment.

Then 20+ years later I got to know MH, the Master Herbalist.  On the Ask Barefoot Herbalist forum I learned about his old-fashioned wisdom, applied it, and discovered that there actually is hope.

There is a product called ‘B&W OINTMENT’ that can be applied on any burns, scars, or injuries for healing to take place.  In my own experience I have had some promising results.  Even though it is a slow process, one scar I have within my left eye-brow has almost completely faded away after a years time.  The one small burn I have on my ankle is now beginning to fade after six months.

In both cases I was not consistent in applying the ointment on a daily basis.  I know it is hard for most of us to stop wishing for instant results.  But sure enough, a slow process is the sure and steady way to heal without having to worry about negative side-effects.

MH says: “When cut, I use powdered cayenne, this prevents the scar.  Once scarred, I use BF&C as explained on the my teacher web page.  It can be applied as B&W ointment and taken as capsule or tea.  To get rid of a old scar may take a year or so.  A scar comes from incomplete healing.  “IF” we have enough nutrients and good enough circulation, there will be no scar.”

It is an exciting thing to marvel at the power of nature’s way to heal and regenerate our bodies no matter how long it took to achieve this level of result.  If you get in good with MH you’ll discover lots of natural wisdom.  MH relates a story how an Amish Healer has literally helped thousands of burn victims over the past 35 years:

“He has been going across country teaching groups of people how to treat burns at home and to recognize when the burn is too severe and must be moved to the hospitals.  He has been working with doctors and trying to change the way American Hospitals treat burn victims.  Being only one man and extremely limited funds, he has done what he has been able.  BOOK V is a record of his works and much will be added when time allows.”

Since MH is basically a pioneer in the alternative health field, it makes me worried that without him, generations to come will lose out on his valuable work.  If nothing is done, the powers that be will overrule and more suffering will ensue for us, our children, and future generations.

My wish is that other good Samaritans or Bodhisattvas (compassionate individuals) can understand what he is doing, discover the correct principles of health, and establish healing centers all over the world for the benefit of everyone.

TIPS for quicker results:

  1. apply a thick layer of the B+W ointment under a gauze pad twice a day,
  2. take several BF+C capsules orally to help regenerate the flesh
  3. taking the LBB (lower bowel balance) formula moves toxins out the elimination organs which includes the skin
  4. Herbal spray I, II, or III brings heat to the area which moves your blood to the surface of the skin quickly for healing to take place

UPDATE:

MH says, “The Amish Clinic makes the best burn salve in the USA.  You take a leaf and apply the salve to the leaf and then apply to the burn and that burn can be to the bone, it can not be too bad.  The leaves used are Burdock, if that is not available, they use lettuce or cabbage.”

Does covering the ointment completely with scalded burdock leaves reduce the amount of healing time for burns?  I haven’t any experience with it.  Maybe someone who has more experience and results can post a comment.  I would love to know.

The sky is falling


As most of you know on March 11, 2011 Japan had an unprecedented earthquake that registered 9.0 on the Richter scale and the subsequent tsunami that hit Tohoku, Japan was devastating.

At least three nuclear reactors exploded due to hydrogen gas that had built up within their outer containment buildings.

Taking Iodine supplements is the first thing that everyone thinks of when there is radiation poisoning. It has been said that the side effects of taking a chemical based iodine is shrinking of the testes in men. If this is the case, then we can infer that women would have damage to their ovaries as well.  Not many know there is a Natural Tree Based Iodine that is free from these harmful side-effects.

MH, the Barefoot Herbalist, just created a new formula called “The Sky is Falling” for the purpose of reducing the levels of radiation poisoning.  MH says:

If you indiscriminately obey man sooner or later you will discover the hidden agenda is based on selfishness, solely for the making of profit.

MH suggests that the first year in Japan will be the hardest as their bodies absorbs these toxins through the air they breathe, the foods they eat and the water they drink.  He goes on to say that it may well be 40 years before a full recovery of their eco-system will come about.

In reality, since the winds will blow this radiation all around the earth in large or small quantities depending on how far away you are; we all need to pay attention to this issue.

The suggested dose:

SUGGESTED DOSE: 1 DROPPER DAILY OR MORE AS DESIRED.
WEST COAST: 1 DROPPER MORNING AND NIGHT FOR LIFE.
CHINA: 1 DROPPER 3X DAILY FOR LIFE.
JAPAN: 1 DROPPER EVERY WAKING HOUR FOR 1 YEAR, THEN 1 DROPPER 3X DAILY FOR LIFE.
