Repairing the auric field

There are some people that are so intuitive to their surroundings that it is a constant struggle to survive in the world.  They can go into a room where a couple had a fight and can just feel terrible negative energies there.  Some sensitive people can examine an object such as jewelry (worn by others for years) and know their life was filled with stress or sadness.  Others can pick up the negative vibrations from the food they eat and note that the chief was angry while preparing that meal.  And still other people will feel that negative entities are “attacking” them or draining away their energy.

Why does this happen?

While part of this ability is a result of meditative practice, the other part is having a weak constitution.  When your internal subtle-body is not strong or toned, you are more vulnerable to negative energies and outside influences.  A good healer can “see” with their high sensory perception, that the client has one large hole in their aura or many tiny ones all over.  In scientific terms, this would mean that your nervous system is damaged.  In spiritual terms, the channels or chakras are broken and in need of repair.

Some ways that will cause you to have major damage (holes) in your aura are:

  • physical and sexual abuse
  • substance and drug abuse
  • vaccines and medical prescriptions

Many new age books have talked about building a protective shield of light around the body.  This might work for some but it is only a temporary benefit.  The constant attention on that takes away from the necessary work of contemplation.  The superior way is to get to the root of the problem and repair the nervous system.

Once the nervous system is healed, fear of negative entities is no longer a problem – they just bounce off you.

There are many healing modalities for repairing the nervous system.  Each one that I have researched has some unique quality that will provide some results.  Here are the ones that I have personally tried and can attest for.  They are as follows: the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, Feldenkrais Movement therapy, juice fasting, Reiki Tummo, Network Chiropractic, Chi-Lel chi kung, and Fragrant Chi Kung

The one that is of primary importance is the Barbara Brennan School of Healing therapy.  The Barbara Brennan trained reiki-healer will assist you in releasing pain and unnecessary connections from your emotional body.  She will also help you move dark, unconscious energies from your astral and etheric bodies.  Having someone there to help heal your core issues and empower you to bring forth your true Self is so vitally important.

With Feldenkrais Movement Therapy the healer will help you release the stress and strain that has been stored in the muscles, due to habitual contractions held in your body since childhood.  Having someone to assist you to move these old traumatic energies from your body is indispensable for stable progress to come about.

In addition, Juice Fasting helps the body to fully relax, cleanse the blood, and rebuild the organs. While fasting, the nervous system is free and doesn’t collect any forms of entropy with the outside world.  This means that other people’s dense energies such as anger or hatred won’t “stick” to you at all.  Unfortunately, once you start eating food again the problem tends to return but in a less uncomfortable manner.

To get around this problem it is beneficial to upgrade your nervous system in a spiritual manner.  For long-term benefits, I highly recommend becoming attuned to level one Reiki Tummo in order to permanently stabilize your energy field.  With this under your belt you will start to become more self-sufficient and able to handle most difficult situations.  You will immediately be less tired and listless throughout the day.

In addition to all of the above, seeing a Network Chiropractor and practicing Chi-Lel Chi Kung is very helpful for maintaining the strength and functionality of the nervous system by aligning the spine.  When the spine is freely able to adapt through any stressful situation then you are ahead of the game.  You have an edge when your endurance is increased if you need to be on your feet all day long at work.  At the very least, you have an antidote to remove the stress and get back into alignment when things go wrong after a long, hard day.

One of the deeper methods I found to realign and repair the nervous system is a method called Fragrant Buddha Chi Kung.

Performing the movements with Fragrant Chi Kung will:

  1. massage the stomach, liver and thyroid with simple arm swings
  2. open the diaphragm and unlock the base of the brain
  3. ground your body – surprisingly as the arms go up and out, the feet stick more firmly to the floor
  4. strengthen the body in a way that one can stand with steadiness
  5. activate the glands within the seven chakras due to each twisting movement

Even an old sports injury in my shoulder (a tiny break in the bone), which has bothered me off and on for about seventeen years, is improving as I notice the pain finally subsiding. I would say that consistent practice has started to build new channels around that area.

With all these beneficial qualities about it, I am going to challenge myself to practice it two or three times a day for the next three months.  I already see the possibilities of it regenerating the entire nervous system, teeth and eyes.

Here is a video I created that gives more information on what is needed.  You can also forward it easily to others that you care about.  Whatever you choose to do remember that healing the nervous system is essential to stabilizing your mind and purifying your emotions.

The matrix has you

In order to find a real and lasting happiness we must disconnect from the Matrix or veil that blinds us to ultimate Reality.  But, how do we do that when we have so many worldly obligations to take care of?  One way to begin is by deciding on a game-plan that feels right and works best for you.

Every personal problem has an inherent solution that only needs to be discovered.  The root of most of these problems is a damaged nervous system.  Fortunately, each problem ALWAYS has more than one antidote to choose from.

In the movie “The Matrix” the main character had to undergo extensive therapy to repair his damaged nervous system before his true potential could unfold. As a pre-requisite, he had to undergo acupuncture (remember the long needles) before he was allowed to study (downloading information) and receive the physical martial-arts and advanced mind-training.

Likewise, the root cause of most dis-ease can be traced back to what Tibetan Buddhism refers to as Tsa, Lung or Thigle.  Tsa represents our channels, Lung is our inner wind and Thigle is our vital essence.  If our channels are damaged then the energy cannot flow properly and we open ourselves up to unwanted psychic influences and negative energy.  If we have a wind-disease we often feel extremely cold, introverted, and mentally imbalanced.  And most of us have learned from the ancient Taoist texts that our vital essence is a treasure that we must save, preserve and cultivate.

This purpose of this website is to help anyone find an antidote to life’s problems quickly regardless of their denomination.  It is a result of over thirty years of my research and findings.  As you progress on your spiritual path, it will become clearer to you which method is superior and yields swifter benefits.

Here is a general outline for a thorough process of healing:

  1. Become attuned to level-one reiki to swiftly open the central channel or median nerve.  The two that are reputable and authentic are Reiki Jin Kei Do and Reiki Tummo.
  2. After that, receive healing from a certified reiki therapist such as a Barbara Brennan School of Healing practitioner.  Their standard of therapy is very high which can repair a severely damaged nervous system on many levels.  Make a commitment to receive weekly sessions for about four to six months.
  3. Choose a movement therapy such as Feldenkrais Movement Therapy or the Anat Baniel Method which is key for building new neural pathways within the nervous system.  Again, work with this trained healer once a week for many months.
  4. Then, pick a chi-kung practice such as Chi-Lel QiGong (LCUPCD), Fragrant Chi Kung, or Chinese Health balls to help maintain the strength of your spine and nervous system.
  5. Lastly, begin a meditation routine to calm and investigate your mind.

As you are working to improve yourself, it is a great idea to follow MH, the Master Herbalist, and research his information on the Curezone in order to help yourself and family learn the old-fashioned remedies used for healing all diseases as well as burns, scars, colds, fevers and broken bones.

Remember to have a right motivation and not stray into any sort of spiritual materialism as it has been said that:

“Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” — Matthew 6:33

Here is a short video (0:57) I created to inspire you:

One cure, cures all

MH, the master herbalist, at the Ask Barefoot Herbalist forum, often repeats the phrase that “one cure, cures all” regarding disease and ill-health.  This means the root cause of disease can be eliminated by abiding by the Laws of Nature.

If you seek to “obey nature” you can rest assure that nature will always guide you towards the truth.  If you obey man, more often than not, you will discover their agenda doesn’t always have your best interest at heart as they profit at your expense.

“And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.” — Genesis 1:29

The problem we have in discovering the truth to health is: western medicine will help you manage the just the symptoms and achieve only a temporary result. On the other extreme, with naturopathic care you end up moving from one fad to the next because it is popular or seems appealing.  The problem with following the hype is, you end up wasting thousands and thousands of dollars on each and every method without seeing any long-term benefit.

As you come to follow the middle path, between western medicine and naturopathic remedies, you can begin to achieve results once you KNOW the protocols for health.  When you experience real health for the first time it becomes your solid foundation for life and you can NEVER be fooled again by any scam artist.  No doubt the majority of people will be critical towards you but no one can change your mind once you have known the truth because it is self-evident.  Let them have their opinion. These simple truths are based on common sense.

Achieving results on the OJ fast are as follows:

  • 14 days gives you 5X more new red blood cells
  • 21 days will repair and regenerate all new organs
  • 40 days allows the skin to expel their hidden acids

FOUR STEPS: to authentic health

If you are going to be on a health program you should know the proper steps involved.  The first step is doing three liver flushes before you attempt the OJ fast.  This is done in two or three week increments.  Dr. Hulda Clark’s liver flush has been workable and seen to get repeated results.  She has been known to sell her brand of dewormer but MH’s dewormer is cheaper and superior on so many levels.  The protocol is to take the Dewormer every day for seven days.  Then on the last day you are ready to perform the liver flush.  Remember to lie on your left side and not your right as it is much gentler on your body and the flow of gallstones will improve.  If you fail to deworm for the full seven days prior to the liver flush you will NOT get results of removing any gallstones. The recipe can be found here:  Liver Cleanse

One important tip while working with Dr. Clark’s Liver flush recipe is add lots and lots of extra honey to make the awful taste of epsom salts and grapefruit juice more palatable.

The second step one must do is purchase a good water-distiller.  Most are fairly cheap and run in the $100 – $150 dollar range.  This is so important for chelation purposes and shouldn’t be avoided because good water is needed on daily basis.  Having fresh water without it being tainted by chemicals or metals is of primary importance.  The negative criticism about drinking distilled water can be summed up that it leaches out minerals from the body and therefore we should avoid using it.  This is a myth and simply not true.  Only non-organic minerals are removed from your system which is what you want for good health to be restored.

The third step is to become thoroughly educated and research more and more until you actually gain some confidence to achieve health, wholeness and well-being.  The best place to start is reading MH’s 108 page book and then Dr. Hay’s book Health via Food.  Back in the 1930s, Dr. Hay was a western doctor who became sick with dropsy.  It was an incurable condition at the time and he had no way out other than to do as he often advised his patients to ‘write out his will’.  But, he was intelligent and resourceful enough to discover what the ancient monks would always resort to when ill – and that was fasting.  He tested everything out scientifically and afterwards developed the 14 day OJ fast protocol.  Later, he quit his ordinary job and set up a seminary where he was able to cure 60,000 cases over the course of his life.

The last step is, once you are fully confident, decide on doing either a 7, 14, or 21 day OJ fast.  Get ready to squeeze 8 oranges a day for the duration.  You are advised to eat 20 almonds a day so that your muscles don’t atrophy like Ghandi.  With the almonds in your system, you are given enough protein to repair your muscles.  At the very least, one is not bed-ridden and most everyone can continue with ordinary tasks and keep up their current work schedule.  Some went as far as including a weight lifting program or exercise routine.

MH would go on to tell us that there is a timeline when you can expect to see specific results as follows:

  • 14 days will create NEW BLOOD
  • 21 days will give you a brand NEW HEART
  • 35 days will regenerate NEW SKIN
  • 40 days will rebuild you a NEW LIVER

On this type of fast you can drink all the distilled water that your body may need.  You can even add other liquids such as honey, maple syrup, and molasses to gain the necessary minerals your body needs to sustain and repair your body throughout the fast.  I find if your muscles become fatigued a tablespoon of honey will give you the strength you need.  If you are craving pizza then take a tablespoon of olive oil and that will do the trick.  If you begin craving chocolate then some spirulina or wheat grass will give you the b-vitamins to satisfy you until you come back into balance.

IMPORTANT: You need to decide on the daily enema or the herbal formula known as the LBB (lower bowel balance) during any fast. Either one will assist your body to move the toxins DOWN and OUT the toilet.  The Dr. Hay Rule while fasting is having one bowel movement per day which is absolutely necessary or else toxemia will set in.

After the completion of an extended OJ fast you will be able to discern the BASIS of health that is right for you.  Now, whenever you are sick you can rely on a 3-day OJ fast and allow your body to remove the toxins the proper way – down and out your body.

Good luck!

Fragrant Chi Kung

In 1988 a new form of chi kung, called Fragrant Qigong (Xiang Gong), began to be taught openly in China after being kept secret for centuries.  It has been reported that those performing this particular chi-kung will begin to smell a sweet fragrance emanating from the body.  I haven’t noticed it myself because this tends to occur more often when done in a group setting.  To me, there are more important physical, mental and emotional benefits to be had from it.

From the Chinese Health Website:

“Fragrant Qigong (Xiang Gong) is one of the easiest yet most powerful styles of Qigong.  Fifteen simple arm movements, twice a day, no concentration required, no special breathing, can be done sitting and watching TV or chatting, yet it is known to treat almost any disease humankind may suffer from.  With the exception of late stage cancer, schizophrenia and emergencies like heart infarction, poisonous snake or spider bites or rabies, which are contraindicated, there are stacks of successful case histories to support this claim.  Among them, stroke, cancer, allergies, asthma, diabetes, depression, ulcers, stones, epilepsy, even deafness and blindness (including congenital).”

The story:

Around 1938, at the age of twelve, Master Tian Ruisheng was diagnosed with an incurable skin disease.  A Buddhist monk happened to knock on the door and requested to stay the night.  The parents agreed but explained they couldn’t attend to his needs properly because of a family matter.  He asked them what was wrong and when he found out he wished to take a look at their son.  They agreed to let him do so.

After he diagnosed the son, the Buddhist monk asked permission if he could do a healing session.  The monk treated their son with certain hand positions, sounds and a high level of the Fragrant Chi Kung practice.  The monk successfully cured the son much to the delight of his parents.  Later, the monk chose to make the boy his successor in one condition.

It has been said that, if he would keep the practice hidden for fifty years he would teach him the secrets of this ancient art.  Only after a half a century has passed, he should come out and help others who were suffering.  And this is just what happened.  In 1988 Master Tian Ruisheng started teaching this form of chi-kung to the public.

Healing levels:

There are three levels to this Fragrant Qigong.  Each level has 15 different movements which takes about 10-15 minutes to execute.  The practice is done once or twice a day but no more than three times a day.  It also can be done either in a seated or standing position.

  • On a purely functional level this practice will open up and adjust the spine.
  • On an inner level it opens blockages in the body and organs.
  • On the deepest level it churns the central channel in order to heal the broken channels (nadis) so that they realign and return to normal functioning.

These movements will unblock the spine in difficult or troublesome places such as the neck.  It will also massage the stomach, liver and thyroid with simple arm swings.  You can feel that right away.  I would go on to infer that all the glands are activated within the seven chakras due to each twisting movement.  This makes sense since the fragrance would be emitted from the pineal or pituitary glands.

The nadis are also healed and repaired in a unique way; as you may perceive from each movement.  These nadis are energy channels in the body in which prana flows and connects to all the chakras like a network or web.  Ayurveda mentions 72,000 different nadis and in Tibetan Buddhism it mentions 84,000 nadis.

Here, I found a wonderful copy of an Adobe file of the Fragrant Chi Kung with specific illustrations and explanation of all the moves.  It goes hand in hand with watching the video as it fills in some remaining questions.

If you have been attuned to Reiki, the effects of this practice are multiplied greatly.  This is due to the fact the palms of the hands are facing each other in most of these movements.  Just as in Chinese Acupuncture, the hand can be used to diagnose disease; likewise it can be used to heal.  Therefore, when the Reiki symbols in the palms activate as they face each other, all areas of the body can be infused with healing energy.

Important Results:

  1. There is an immediate increase of WARMTH in the body.  Those that are depressed and suffering from a cold disease will be greatly benefited by it.
  2. Your auric field is fully CLEANSED of dirty, stagnant chi.

It is remarkable to experience this positive effect right away since we live in a time where we can more easily contract drib, or what the Tibetan Masters refer to as moral defilement, by associating with degenerate people.  It will also cleanse you of computer, cell phone or other harmful electronic frequencies that tend to mess up your natural energetic field.

It is always best to find a teacher to show you the movements directly in person in order to gather the transmission and correct any mistakes in your form.  Nonetheless, here is a gentleman that shows the form fairly accurately:

Principles of health

MH, at the Ask Barefoot Herbalist forum, always says that few people are willing to self-experiment with herbs and juice fasting.  I would say it is even harder to discern properly what true health really is.  In 2005, following the Dr. Hay protocol, I completed the 21 day Orange Juice fast and lost a pound a day in the process.  It is no easy task to accomplish.  However, to complete such a fast is the only way to obtain a proper BASIS for what is healthy for the body and what is not.

Many years later I fell off the path and started eating meat again.  I got bored and didn’t even feel like drinking distilled water anymore so I decided to do the Wiley Brooks challenge.  The diet would consist of eating one McDonald’s quarter pounder with cheese and a large diet coke on a daily basis for seven days.  This was quite crazy to consider and I do NOT advise anyone to just do it.  But for me, it was a lesson in discernment through Crazy Wisdom.

The Buddha taught the middle path and it makes sense since being a raw foodist was one extreme and the other was eating meat every day.

Like many philosophers say, you have to follow the PRINCIPLES of life to obtain excellence.  Even Josh Waitzkin, the famous Chessmaster, is one of the rare few who can easily explain how to play chess properly by following the exact principles to it.  Likewise, when following the Buddha dharma one must know, understand, and observe the ethical principles (precepts) to achieve the proper results.

So when I did the Wiley Brooks diet, over time, I would come to discern the differences and similarities between these two health protocols.  Unfortunately, the hair growth and strong feeling while on his diet was not enough to produce any incredible long-term results.  Not to mention the harmful side effects such as the tightening up of the channels and drying up of the lymph nodes would eventually lead to kidney pain.  A short time later a full detox would get me back to normal.  The Wiley protocol was a dead-end.

But the real measure of health came later when taking MH’s 2010 Longevity Spices for Life.

The three signs that the body is rejuvenating properly are the skin becomes clearer, the hair grows in thicker and darker and the teeth become whiter.  This is very important to understand.

On the right path toward rejuvenating the body, the nails will begin to feel stronger and take on a clear sheen to them and will not look cloudy.  The hair will become thicker and filled with life-force and appear wet and not dry.  And lastly, the teeth will become pearly white and not look sickly yellow.

With this known, you have a tool to gauge where you are at. But one needs to study extensively the PRINCIPLES of health.  I advise anyone to start reading MH’s 108 Pages booklet and the Dr. Hay book, Health via Food to get started.

Understanding the way food combining works, advocated by Dr. Hay, is the correct PRINCIPLE for obtaining healthy blood and therefore a healthy body which is more alkaline in nature.  For some, food combining is one of the hardest things to maintain but the rewards are great.  Others have had problems keeping track of the rules so they are encouraged to follow a mono diet.

The mono diet is the surest way to get back to health without making any mistakes!  What is a mono diet?  You eat only one type of food per meal and eat as much of that as you want till you are full.

Your first meal may be a fruit such as strawberries and you eat all the strawberries your heart desires.  The next meal may be almonds and you can eat all the almonds you want till you get full.  The reason for getting back to basics this way is your body won’t turn acidic on a mono diet.  The stomach now has a chance to be restored to its original healthy state.  The fault of incorrect food combination is: when you combine protein and carbs your stomach turns acidic.  This in turn, causes the lymph nodes to activate and the toxins go up and out the head rather than down and out the body in the correct way.  Since the stomach is overwhelmed and can’t handle the excess acids to digest foods properly… weight-gain and disease settles in.

So, the first step is researching the PRINCIPLES to good health.  Next, learn the proper rules to food combining.  Then, get educated on why juice fasting is important to rid yourself of environmental toxins from the air we breathe and the harmful chemicals and metals we have ingested over the years.

Once you accomplish a juice fast – whether it is for 7 days or 14 days this alone will help you discern the BASIS of what is normal health for you and nobody else.

Others have gone on to accomplish 21, 40 and even 108 days with ease because it is not a strict water fast that leaves your muscles atrophied.  The almonds eaten on the fast supply the body with enough protein so the muscles get what they need.  Lastly, find a middle path that works for you.  Even if that means on occasion you eat meat or junk food, now you have a suitable method to get back on track.  If you get sick…a three day OJ fast is part of your tool-bag to achieve health quickly.

The body is specially designed.  When you live by the laws of nature you experience health much faster than if you go against nature.  As you live in harmony with Nature you will begin to see how strong, resilient and efficient the body works.  These are the inner workings of true health that people have forgotten to pass down from one generation to the next.

Others suggest that this information has been suppressed time and time again.  Of course, one shouldn’t place too much importance on the body in exclusion to mind and energy work.  But when you master the body, it is much easier to forget about it and focus on the more important task at hand – enlightenment itself.

Good luck!

A network chiropractic technique

If there was a father of modern chiropractic it would be Daniel David Palmer and his understanding that the health of the nerves and organs stems from a properly adjuMasseuse Massaging Young Man Lying on Table Closed Eyessted spine.

His theory that vertebral subluxations (a partial dislocation) cause pinched nerves in the intervertebral spaces.  When the nerves are either too tense or too slack, this affects the tone or health of the end organ.

We should remember that the Buddha taught the middle path as the answer to all of life’s problems.  One should be sitting naturally and comfortably, neither too tense nor too slack just as Palmer’s observations were.  This is very important not only for meditation but for day-to-day living whether we are walking, sitting, or lying down.

“A subluxated vertebra . . . is the cause of 95 percent of all diseases.  The other five percent is caused by displaced joints other than those of the vertebral column.” — D.D. Palmer

With that understood, there are many new therapies on the horizon to assist one to achieve balance.  One such method is called Network Chiropractic where only a light touch is used on your spine and surrounding areas to alleviate pain and release emotional tension within the body.  This method is unique in the sense that a very light touch allows the body and nerves to oscillate on its own to regain balance and alignment.

I found this website which seems to be a further extension of the network chiropractic method.  Dr. William Trebing says that, “the energetic element of your detected menengial subluxations will be addressed first using the Spinal Resonance© light touch protocol.”  He explains the simple yet effective method of how a network chiropractor would work with your spine as follows:

“This involves the practitioner using pressure with the fingertips, about the weight of a quarter, on specific key points of your spinal column and cranium.”

He goes on to say that, “This contact can be accomplished through regular indoor clothing.  This in turn will stir a process within you, creating a release of the heavier resonances that have been binding your energy flow for years, perhaps decades.”

Levels of spinal care:

In general, there are four levels of spinal care.  There is something that you begin by allowing others to assist you and then taking up a self-discipline to achieve a stable spine and maintain an internal strength.  Over time you will achieve a new found ease of movement.

  • First, learn what a regular chiropractor offers and experience how that is.
  • Second, visit a network chiropractor and discern its benefits.
  • Third, begin to practice Chi-Lel Chi Kung to work on keeping your spine fit.
  • Fourth, practice what I call a network chiropractic self-meditation.

Self-meditation:

After visiting a normal chiropractor and a network chiropractor you may want to try this self-meditation.  This network self-meditation is something that I came up not long after I received treatment.  I thought this may be helpful to others since I often prefer to be self-sufficient.

You can try it now, but for best results see a Network Chiropractor to learn how they perform their method.  With experience it becomes more clear once you understand how it is done as well as the exact points where they press.

Network Chiropractic Technique:

  1. Sit in a chair and cross your ankles (as this opens the central meridian)
  2. From below, very gently press one area of your spine or slightly adjacent to it, inhale slowly while keeping your finger pressed against your skin
  3. Let go of the pressure you exerted with your finger and simply exhale
  4. Wait and allow yourself the time necessary to make a shift, release the pain, or lessen the tension
  5. Continue up your spine and repeat steps 2 – 4.  From below you can almost reach as far as the back heart chakra.
  6. From above, your hands can reach your neck and the base of the head. Repeat steps 2-4.

IMPORTANT:  Always breathe gently and press ever so gently.  Go slow for best results.  The key is to press your back very, very gently and just allow your back to come into alignment on its own.  If you are tired of sitting in the chair or it is too painful then you can perform the same method as you lay on the bed – face down, but with legs uncrossed.

Note:  While laying face down, don’t forget to position two pillows for your face (one on the left edge of the forehead and the other on the right) so you can breathe properly.

Final Point:

If you have no immediate results in Chi-Lel chi kung or this self-meditation then you really have some work to do and it would be wise to set yourself a program to work with a Barbara Brennan Reiki healer, Feldenkrais healer, or a Network Chiropractor for an extended period of time.  After that, your body will become more pliable and results will be easier to obtain as time goes by.

Be well!

Benefits of chi kung

There are many chi-kung practices available. But, one of the more important chi kung practices to date is called Lift Chi Up & Pour Chi Down (LCUPCD).  It is beneficial for several reasons. First, it is a short (twelve-minute) form that can fit into a busy lifestyle.  Second, its unique movements will adjust and correct any spinal misalignment. Lastly, it will open the central channel and strengthen the nervous system.

This particular form was developed by Dr. Pang Ming. He is the founder of Zhi-Neng Qigong.  The benefits of this form could be overlooked if one isn’t aware of its unique quality. If you can get out of your comfort zone and find a healer that will introduce you to this you won’t be disappointed. After taking a weekend workshop, I practiced daily for a month and was able to become self-sufficient in regards to adjusting my spine.  I am sure my chiropractor misses me.

Dr. Pang is the first person that has brought a movement therapy that opens up the channels safely on the inner level. In ancient China, performing tai-chi also had an inner form too.

This inner form is a combination of breath work and visualization for opening up, what the ancient Chinese Acupuncturists would call the meridians, for better health.  My instructor, Mingtong Gu, told us that when tai-chi was introduced to the west only the outer form (the physical movements) was given to the public.

  • On an outer level this practice is the most skillful for adjusting the spine.
  • On an inner level it releases pain and blockages in the body.
  • On the deepest level it will open and widen the central channel.

If you would like more information visit the Chi-Lel Qigong website.  I can’t recommend it highly enough.  For best results, it is always helpful to find a certified practitioner who can properly instruct you on BOTH the outer movement and the inner form.

I haven’t been able to find a good version of this form online. The entire form should be performed (about 12 minutes) and done much slower than it is in the video below. Nonetheless, this particular gentleman depicts each movement fairly accurately. Check out his video on youtube:

Root of nervous system damage

When I look at the root cause of the deep pain within the psyche of modern man there are two aspects.  The first is based on our relative condition and the other on our ultimate condition.  Within the relative condition, suffering can stem from myriad forms of abuse or trauma while growing up.  On the other hand, Tibetan Buddhism focuses mostly on the ultimate cause of our suffering – the fundamental ignorance of our true nature.  To perceive that directly is the ultimate goal and once discovered all of our personal problems melt away in an instant.

In the world today, it seems to me that most healers have been soft-spoken about this touchy subject of circumcision.  When we ask, “What is the root cause of nervous system damage?” we can find a definite answer.

Whenever anybody receives such serious pain or trauma, then that being energetically contracts in on itself as a way of protecting and creating a wall of psychological armor.

Our society seems to be degenerating at a rapid rate and we can more easily see young people gaining an abnormal amount of weight or having to take pills to cope with anxiety and mental disorders.  Whether the problem is physical, mental, or emotional in nature one has to come up with a strategy to protect their family and the generations to come.

One of the most horrendous ordeals a male infant will face coming into the world is circumcision.  For an infant, it is neither appropriate nor consensual.  He will live most of his life not even knowing consciously there is anything wrong with him.  I remember the Dalai Lama being bewildered that westerners have a common disposition of self-hatred.  If this is unheard of in his part of the world then we need to take a closer look at what we are doing to ourselves in the West.

In the past, circumcision was mainly an old Judaic or tribal ritual that was done as a rite of passage for boys ages twelve to eighteen.  But somehow, starting in the last century, based on Victorian puritan principles, it became something that modern medical began performing this surgery on the newborn infants.  Any type of pain or trauma done at such an early age will be stored in the subconscious and leave “scars” on the psyche for a lifetime or until it is handled properly with full awareness.  If the feelings and signals the nerves send from the body to the mind are not working properly then a type of self-hatred begins to develop.  At most this is an unconscious feeling to males, but for others they begin to see traces of misogyny or hatred and mistrust of women.  Others just go through life never seeing their patterns of behavior because they have nothing to compare it with.

If there is an objection to all this as nonsense and this is just what we do in name of religion then we should look to what the bible itself says:

“For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth anything, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.” — Galatians 5:6

If there is an objection to this on grounds for health reasons, then we must look at the reality of it.  Is it better to suffer a lifetime of not being able to connect to a woman with a natural, gentle heart or take a little extra time to be mindful of proper hygienic procedures?

There was a movie years ago that came out titled: “Kinsey” starring Liam Neeson.  Professor Alfred Kinsey went to great lengths to research normal and abnormal sexual behavior.  At the end of the movie he circumcised himself as an adult and felt it was such an utter, foolish thing to do.  I also remember hearing a story about a male who was circumcised as an adult and he described it as he “went from driving a Cadillac to driving a Pontiac.”  Clearly he was dissatisfied.  On the NOHARMM website it has been stated by Neuroanatomist Dr. Ashley Montagu that:

“Infant circumcision likely deprives the adult male of about 240 feet (73.2m) of nerves and over 1,000 nerve endings.  Since Dr. Taylor’s research suggests that the foreskin is more densely nerve-laden than ‘normal’ skin, a circumcised man likely loses many times more than 1,000 nerve endings.”

The reality of it is, that once the nerve endings are removed there is a loss of ability for the energetic pathways to reach the heart and brain.  This being the number one complaint of ALL women…that men are cold and distant.  Go figure why men can’t go beyond the physical aspect and get obsessed or fixated on one thing.  There is so much suffering going on.  Let’s not make it worse for the next generation.  We must be aware not to pass on a lifetime’s suffering by blindly allowing such a barbaric ritual to be performed on our beloved children.

Spiritual Remedy:

On the bright side, no matter what has happened in the past there is always a solution or remedy.

  • The Shing-Chi 9 empowerment from a Reiki Tummo master at the ‘meditation and kundalini’ seminar was very powerful.
  • The other more profound healing came from a one-month retreat practicing the Tibetan Trulkor exercises.

With the Shing-Chi 9 empowerment it felt like the back heart-chakra opened up and I felt like a Man.  This is very encouraging as this is one sure way to restore our maleness and have a semblance of feeling whole again.  Lastly, with the Tibetan Trulkor exercises, the majority of my “psychological armor” was removed for good.

Merits of the Mani mantra

With the advent of the computer it is easy to create a card that holds the image of the Mani mantra on it.  Here is a website called Vista Print where you can print your own business cards similar to the one here:

“Thus the six syllables, Om Mani Padme Hum, mean that in dependence on the practice of a path which is an indivisible union of method and wisdom, you can transform your impure body, speech, and mind into the pure exalted body, speech, and mind of a Buddha.” — H.H. Tenzin Gyatso, 14th Dalai Lama

The Buddha spoke of the great rarity of even finding the Mani mantra in the Sublime Treasure King Sutra:

“Virtuous man, I remember that in the past, for this Six-Words-Great-Enlightening-Dharani, I had been to as many worlds as there are atoms in the universe, and had offered and sustained countless hundreds of thousands of millions of kotis of nayutas of Tathagatas. But I had never gained or heard this Dharani in any of the worlds of those Tathagatas. Afterward, there was a Buddha named Treasure-Supremacy (Ratnottama), Thus-Come One, worthy of offerings, of right and universal knowledge, perfect clarity and conduct, well gone, understanding the world, unexcelled worthy, taming and subduing hero, teacher of heavenly and human beings, Buddha, World-Honored One.”

“At that time, I wept sorrowfully in front of that Buddha, and then that Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-sambuddha told me: ‘Virtuous man, do not weep so sorrowfully. Virtuous man, you should go there, go to the world of Lotus-Supremacy Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-sambuddha. That Buddha knows this Six-Words-Great-Enlightening-Dharani.’”

Also, in the same sutra it talks about the merits of a person who wears the mantra.  It says:

If there is any other person who wears this Six-Words-Great-Enlightening-Dharani on his body or neck, virtuous man, seeing this Dharani-wearing person is the same as seeing the Vajra body, also like seeing sharira and Stupa, also like seeing the Tathagata, also like seeing the person who has one-koti wisdoms. If there is any virtuous man or virtuous woman, who can be mindful of this Six-Words-Great-Enlightening-Dharani according to the Dharma, this person will obtain the limitless eloquence, will gain the pure wisdom, and will gain the great mercy and compassion. Such a person can, every day, fully accomplish the merits and virtues of the six Paramitas. This person will gain the Summit-Infusion (Abhiseka) of Heavenly Turning Wheel.

If the breath comes out of his mouth touches the body of another person, the person who is touched will arouse merciful mind and become free from the poison of anger, will become a non-retrograde Bodhisattva, and attain Anuttara-samyak-sambodhi quickly. If the person, who wears and holds this Dharani, touches the bodies of others with his hand, those who are touched will attain the stage of Bodhisattva quickly. If the person who wears and holds this Dharani, sees any men, women, boys, girls, and even the sentient beings of other forms, those who are seen will all attain the stage of Bodhisattva quickly.

Such a person will never suffer from the affliction of birth, aging, illness, death, or the affliction of being separated from the persons or things that he loves, and will gain the unimaginable correspondences by the mindfulness and reciting. Now, these are the consequences of the Six-Words-Great-Enlightening-Dharani.”

Lastly, the benefits of reciting the mani mantra will help you achieve the six perfections quickly:

“The mantra Om Mani Päme Hum is easy to say yet quite powerful, because it contains the essence of the entire teaching. When you say the first syllable OM it is blessed to help you achieve perfection in the practice of generosity, MA helps perfect the practice of pure ethics, and NI helps achieve perfection in the practice of tolerance and patience. PÄ, the fourth syllable, helps to achieve perfection of perseverance, ME helps achieve perfection in the practice of concentration, and the final sixth syllable HUM helps achieve perfection in the practice of wisdom.

“So in this way recitation of the mantra helps achieve perfection in the six practices from generosity to wisdom. The path of these six perfections is the path walked by all the Buddhas of the three times. What could then be more meaningful than to say the mantra and accomplish the six perfections?” — Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, Heart Treasure of the Enlightened Ones

Conscious Parenting

It’s hard to imagine what highly evolved spiritual beings would want to incarnate into today’s world.  They would have to be very brave indeed to be born in these degenerate times.  Presently, we are fortunate to have the Barefoot Herbalist to rely on for proper health.  He has one main axiom which is: “One cure, cures all.”

He states that stagnation or constipation is the root cause of physical disease.  Once this is thoroughly understood and accepted then one can begin applying the proper antidotes for better health.

The image of the caduceus medical symbol to the right is a clue for health.  It represents the central channel in the middle and the left and right channels to the sides.  This is the structure of the autonomic nervous system seen from a spiritual point of view.

Once the central-nerve is open and the energy or blood circulates freely through that meridian, then one can truly say the nervous-system is healed and strong.  As the Barefoot Herbalist tells us – circulation is key.

On a physical level, some of the proper ways to increase circulation are Herbs, the Liver Flush, the Sitz bath, and Rebounding.  On an energetic level, some of the recommendations to increase circulation are Reiki, Chi-kung, and Pranayama.

Family planning:

If you are planning on having a child it would be wise to compare and view these two births.  The first video is a normal Medical birth that on the surface seems fine.  But, to a highly trained eye is much too invasive for the baby’s delicate body and nervous-system to handle.  The second video is a Natural Water birth which is only a five minute video that will evoke your emotions.

If we have suffered greatly in our own life we would naturally come to the conclusion that we don’t want our own children to suffer.

The video will make you teary-eyed since we never realized that birthing could be so beautiful.  It is sad and disappointing that televised births have really conditioned our minds to fear this as something that is extremely painful.  It doesn’t have to be this way.

Preventative care:

How do we get past our deep fears since doctors tell us one thing and alternative medicine doesn’t have a clear road-map for good and proper health?

Finding the truth about health is nearly impossible since everyone has a vested interest in getting rich.  Of course, not everyone is bad person but most have an incomplete understanding.  It’s a tough world we live in when people don’t live with a proper code of honor and don’t take the time to investigate the root causes of disease.  However, we are fortunate right now that two Master Herbalists on the CureZone website.  They have voiced their views and methods to natural living and get results with preventative care.

The first is MH – the Barefoot Herbalist and the other is Dr. Mom.  They are both Dr. Christopher trained who is considered to be the father of modern herbal medicine.  If you want a female perspective, from a mother of fifteen and grandmother of thirty-seven, then Dr. Mom is a good choice.  If you want a male perspective, who is bold and isn’t afraid to tell you how it is, then MH is the one to look at.  Both are controversial figures to those whose opinions are set in stone.  However, if you are rational person and willing to follow the correct PRINCIPLES to health, you will discover a way of life that will benefit you and your family.

About Immunizations:

Are vaccines causing drastic health problems?

It’s up to you to do the research and make an educated decision.  Most of us healers don’t object to homeopathic methods in healing.  What we object to are the heavy base metals and animal bi-products that can cause damage to the nervous-system and deterioration of the mind found in modern vaccines.

A new study suggests about 1 in 38 children have traits of autism, higher than a previous U.S. estimate of 1 in 100.

In my experience, in the classroom for over fourteen years, and seeing thousands and thousands of different children; I have never met one that was innately joyful and whole.  Only a few years ago do I remember meeting one boy on retreat who was about eight at the time.  It was amazing to see someone so naturally happy at his age.  Later on, I asked the mom if he was vaccinated.  She went on to explain that he wasn’t vaccinated at birth but at age four he was.  I thought that was quite remarkable.  It would seem that once the body is much older, a child’s nervous-system is strong enough to handle any of life’s difficulties with ease.

Compassionate Mothers:

Lastly, in honor and dedication to my own parents I wanted to share what the Buddha had to say about how much love mothers really do have for bearing and raising children:

“For ten months while the mother is with child, she feels discomfort each time she rises, as if she were lifting a heavy burden. Like a chronic invalid, she is unable to keep her food and drink down. When the ten months have passed and the time comes for the birth, she undergoes all kinds of pain and suffering so that the child can be born. She is afraid of her own mortality, like a pig or lamb waiting to be slaughtered. Then the blood flows all over the ground. These are the sufferings she undergo.”

“Once the child is born, she saves what is sweet for him and swallows what is bitter herself. She carries the child and nourishes it, washing away its filth. There is no toil or difficulty that she does not willingly undertake for the sake of her child. She endures both cold and heat and never even mentions what she has gone through. She gives the dry place to her child and sleeps in the damp herself. For three years she nourishes the baby with milk, which is transformed from the blood of her own body.”
